They said they were closed (at 9:45pm) because they were backed up and only had 15 minutes. A few minutes later a guy comes out from the back of the kitchen (in pajamas) maybe an employee, with a sub and drink to go. He walked out and went next door. Within the next 2 minutes the employee pictured walks out to lock the front door.

If I could give this subway a no stars I would awful place. The 3 workers there a women & 2 men awful. They were ignoring me in the drive threw my kids and I waited for 25 min or more. Never got food when I asked to speak to the mananger the women who ignored me the entire time we waited was saying how busy they we're when I was there before the crowd of people . No they we're all as rude as can be saw me and ignored my family in the drive threw. I watched everyone get service inside. we we're there way before them. What happened to respect for the people in line first? My car wanted to shut down we waited so long wasted so much gas and time. Please save yourself the time and keep driving if you go there don't go threw the drive threw or your just ignored worst service ever. Sad that people can't do there job right anymore or at least act like they even try anymore. Sadly they seem to all be on drugs or something.who ever owns this store location needs to hire new help make the people screen for drugs. I bet they are losing so much money having that kinda workers.

Everything up until today the subs have been great but today they were terrible. Had barely anything in them. The honey chicken was not even made properly just tasted cold and sad. The chicken tasted cold and unseasoned. Will be going to the other many locations in the area

Every time I go to this location the young lady that has been there for a while is the best! She is very friendly and efficient with my family’s order. She even lets my son make sure he has enough ranch on the sandwich, and cuts it the way he likes. I need to get her name next time. Thank you guys on Dick Pond!!!

Gross, they put a half bottle of mustard, half bottle of mayonnaise and a jug of vinegar! Soggy and nasty! The 3 little boys running the place acted like they were 12 but they may have been.

This is my 2nd visit to this particular store in the last few weeks and I really like the staff, they're very patient and I'm a dingbat so I appreciate that. The food both times was really tasty! I don't usually get excited about subs but these guys are doing it right!

I used the app to place my order which is always easiest for me especially because I have a short lunch break. Once I got there the staff greeted me and verified my order which was already waiting. The store was clean and it was quicker than heating up lunch at work! Definitely know where I will be going for now on.

Love the whole vibe here! Clean and fresh food made me happy. Courtney and Sanuka were very great with service and tag teamed our order making it mindblowingly fast. Just pure five star! We need more Subways like this. Most of them are but not this good. 10 | 10 | 10
