The young lady working alone at the counter several weeks ago during the RV show next door truly deserves recognition. She was exceptionally polite, patient, and kind while managing the drive-thru and taking calls all by herself. Please consider how much her hard work and demeanor mean, and I sincerely hope the management can show appreciation through a raise or bonus. Thank you so much for acknowledging her dedication!
Every time I go to this location the young lady that has been there for a while is the best! She is very friendly and efficient with my family’s order. She even lets my son make sure he has enough ranch on the sandwich, and cuts it the way he likes. I need to get her name next time. Thank you guys on Dick Pond!!!
This is my 2nd visit to this particular store in the last few weeks and I really like the staff, they're very patient and I'm a dingbat so I appreciate that. The food both times was really tasty! I don't usually get excited about subs but these guys are doing it right!
