My husband & I took our 2 kids to myrtle beach for a family getaway. After finding parking, we went into this establishment immediately, because they were the closest to us. I immediately saw their clothes, & thought to myself I could buy souvenirs on top of candy! How amazing! But I had to use the bathroom. I asked the young lady if they had a bathroom that I could use, she said no. I then asked if she knew where the closest bathroom was so if I could save time that would be great since I have a 4 month old & a 2 year old. She looked over to her male colleague, and said things in Spanish that I couldn’t understand then said she didn’t know. At this point my children are already getting frustrated, & I feel like my intelligence is being insulted. How do you work somewhere, & not know where the nearest bathroom is? At this point, I left the establishment & my husband left the candy he was collecting because of the poor customer service. It’s in situations like these, it feels like the treatment is based on my race because I did nothin to warrant poor treatment. It’s a business, you have 2 jobs; deliver the product/service you advertised & provide good customer service. This really made me feel bad, would not go back, don’t care how good their products might be.Edit: why would you hire someone who doesn’t understand something as simple as; where is the nearest bathroom? She was rude. That’s why the review is one star.

Amazing place with a great variety of ice cream and candy. Went with my family and we had a couple of smoothies, milkshakes and ice cream cones that were all delicious. Also the staff was very kind and made sure everything we order was perfect. Definitely worth visiting!

Milkshake was not sweet, too much milk. Spoke with someone who acted like it was a problem to fix it. Said they do not issue refunds even though we never left their store. I believe it was the manager who tried to be kind about it and made another shake. I will certainly go elsewhere for a good milkshake.

The ice cream was overpriced yet delicious. Cute shop. Customer service was ehh but she got us in and out quickly which was important because I had two energetic boys with me. They charge a card usage fee which I haven't experienced on a purchase unless it's under $5 in forever...

The piña colada presentation was amazing, but doesn't have flavor, don't waste your money, and the milkshake was horrible and melted
Stopped in here while we were at the beach. We ordered the Oreo madness the vanilla frappucino and another ice cream which I can't remember the name. Everything we ordered was good. Obviously this place is busy on the weekends with people in and out. The service was great staff was friendly. Prices are fair for being beach prices. Overall we had a great experience here. If your in the area and have a sweet craving swing in because they have a plentiful selection of sweets and some with a twist

Nice candy store with lots of sweets and toys. The ice cream was super delicious and the lady behind the counter was super friendly. Only small problem was that I asked for whipped cream on my daughters cup but got none, but she did acknowledge me when I asked with an “ok”.Lots to see in there.

Shopped in March 2023 and bought a 1/2 pound of candy. The jelly beans were so hard I threw them away. They tasted like they might have been leftover from last summer! The bark thin chocolate is the same kind you can buy at a grocery store. The white chocolate covered nuts have chocolate of the lowest grade. Do not choose Sugar Twist for your sweets. Very poor quality!
