Visiting from NY, we wanted to find a new new place to eat from the usual- Everything about this place is incredible. the owners really go out of their way to make you feel welcome, the homemade chips and salsa was really great. We ordered the chicken quesadilla and the chicken burrito- two of the most delicious dishes we’ve ever had. The portions are HUGE! Absolutely highly recommended

Wonderful customer service. Friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. Very nice! I would come back! The food is tasty. You will definitely love it if you also love Taco Bell. This is like a glorified taco bell. The portions are HUGE! The burritos are probably the best items on the menu. They make their own corn chips which are delicious. They also make their own sauces but they're ok. I had a ground beef taco. The beef was seasoned deliciously and tasted fresh. It also had plenty of toppings. What I didn't like: I'm not a fan of American cheese on my tacos so I tried to take it off without ripping the flour tortilla. I didn't like the rice but some people love it. I also didn't like that they have a very limited menu. I really wanted a burrito but they only had a vegetarian potato burrito and a chicken burrito. Just FYI: this review is coming from a Mexican who also occasionally enjoys taco bell and other American food inspired by taco bell. I would definitely get the taco again but just the taco. When I come back I will try the chicken burrito and I am looking forward to that.

We were visiting Myrtle Beach and had meals at several local restaurants. Sun City Cafe was definitely an experience. I loved the warm family atmosphere, the eclectic decor, and the unusual menu (Mashed potatoes in a burrito? Yes please!) But the most fun thing was, it was my birthday and they surprised me with an unforgettable rendition of the happy birthday song. If you like to get away from the chain restaurants and so something different, you will like this place.

Absolutely phenomenal. Found this gem randomly and glad we did. Would 100% recommend. Owner is so sweet and adds to the lovely atmosphere and ambience. (Also love that they’re animal lovers and rescuers). Food portions are huge and worth every penny. So fresh and delicious. If you have a chance this is a must try.

This is hands down the best Mexican I’ve ever had, and one of the best meals I’ve ever ate in my life. The service was absolutely phenomenal, and the staff were beyond friendly. I will make sure I stop here every single time I’m in the area. And the meal was the first reasonably priced meal I’ve ate since we’ve been in Myrtle Beach. Absolutely delicious.

Best Mexican in Myrtle Beach! Hands down. A short walk from the board walk/beach. Homemade, fresh, family run for 25+ years! They have gluten free and vegan options and my husband said his chicken was awesome. Slow roasted for hours to tender perfection. This place is a must.
