The worst resort we have ever visited. The rooms are dirty with stains on the furniture. The pool area has no shade. The exterior of the buildings need repair. But they boast about the $60 million spent on the sales center upgrade Do not go!

Great cocktails while we waited to check into our condo. I had a rum punch and my daughter had a blue Hawaiian. They have a good menu for pool side eats as well. And if you’re interested in a alcohol free drink they offer that too. Delicious smoothie and milkshake options as well.Kid-friendliness: Definitely serves kid friendly meals and snacks!Wheelchair accessibility: The pool and bar area are very accessible by persons with disabilities.

Came here on a time share promo. Place is tired, built in the 70s. We made it work over the long weekend, but I do have to mention the pool bar. The 2 boneheads behind the bar are obviously not managed and allowed to do whatever they want, including watching tv shows on their phones, hooked up to a speaker, with a dozen people lined up waiting in the sun. The ass clown with the bun must think it's ok to vape behind the bar, and in the kitchen. Oh, supposed to be cashless, but took cash when needed. How does Marriott expect to sell this product when these morons are " the face" of the operation?

The bartender/food order taker on Wed Aug 16th was somewhat rude. I know she didn’t have any support, it was just her and one cook, but there’s no excuse. The lady wouldn’t take any more food orders, conveniently right after the couple in front of me put in their order. Apparently the kitchen was backed-up, which is understandable, but they didn’t have any ETA. I came back 20 mins after the first time (when she told me to come back and try again). Very disappointed

My daughter and I took a vacation there and we had the best time , rooms were clean had everything we needed and the staff was so helpful. The resort is in the perfect location close to the beach and attractions. The pool area was the best had the best time floating down the lazy river.

We went there on a 99.00 special for three say. We were to take a sales presentation to secure this price. In doing this we were guaranteed 150,000 Bonvoy Points for this visit. We did this 2 weeks ago and still have not recieved my points. I called today and they told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get my points. Boy, am I glad I didn't purchase more time share with them. 4 to 6 WEEKS??? They took my money immediately, but takes them 4-6 weeks to give me what I was promised. SAD! SAD! As far as the rooms, even with the air on, it was super humid in the room & the noise from the floor about was so bad, we only stayed one night!

Customer services was not good at all. Everyone had an attitude and they never answered the phones. Check in was such a hassle and very claustrophobic. On the 3rd night of me staying, i woke up and realized there was a roach in my bathroom. A HUGE ONE. Shortly after; i realized there were beetles in my room as well. Not to mention the tub was constantly getting clogged and would always leave dirt in my tub. Overall, my stay here was okay but roaches ?? Really?? Disgusting.

Check in was easy. Finding our condo was easy. The pools are nice. Gym is decent. We called the desk for a vacuum since ours was not in the room as promised. they sent us a broken one. We were set to stay from Saturday to Thursday. On Wednesday, housekeeping showed up to clean. The desk says we are supposed to check out Wednesday. They clearly said Thursday. Its in writing on our parking passes. We had such a hard time with the staff. When they called to confirm dates, they said the pools and splashpad were closed. When we got there, they were open. Terrible knowledge. Asked about places to eat and the girl at the desk was clueless. Gee. Thanks. Will not stay again. The lack of communication and service was awful. The condo was nice.

Overpriced and overhyped. Dirty rooms and away from everything. My family and I should've stayed in an abandoned van down by the river. The staff as rude and after making reservations four months in advance we were almost turned away at the gate. Also it's part of a time share group that if you want your "complimentary breakfast" (which was a $40 gift card at local restaurant) you had to sit through a 90 minute presentation that was actually 2 and half hours. Oh, and the gift card didn't at all cover the bill for a family of four. Oh I forgot to mention that the week we were there the the pool, the lazy River and the concession stand were all closed (in July!!!) because of fecal mater found in the pool!! I get being closed down for that, but why wouldn't you get that taken care of right away and then reopen your stuff??!!I would rather take my family on a cross country ride in August in an non air conditioned station wagon to see the world's largest ball of twine and no radio than ever go here again!

Horrible business model. Doesn't allow you to pay in any way other than the card you used to book the room. Just order via door dash and meet them in the lobby so much easier.
