Love this place!
The froyo was fine. It's located along the boardwalk and has outdoor seating.
At this location, you pick your own bowl, get your froyo, then get your own toppings, you set the bowl on the scale to weigh it so you can pay. The worker presses a button to calculate the bill, then you pay. You are then asked to add a tip. Tipping fatigue is real.
My last time coming here! We went out to dinner and had a full three course meal and it was less than two small cups of yogurt here? $33.62 stupid price for what you get! Don't waste your money here go to one of the many ice cream shops around and get a much better price.
Everything 1 star. Came in 30 minutes before closing and they were already closed! Google maps tells me that is closed at 10! Saw two people who looked like employees smoking cigarettes and talking loudly on the phone!!! I have never tried frozen yogurt and I thought sweet frog was number 1 but I guess I need to go somewhere else!

8.28.24, 7:15 pm. After a long trip, my wife and I were excited to discover a Sweet Frog. It used to be our favorite treat, and it had been a while. We decided it would be our “supper”, so we stopped even before checking-in to the condo. The yogurt was excellent, just as we had hoped. (We didn’t, however, recall it being so ridiculously expensive.) It was the employee who ruined the experience. Slouching over the counter, no smile, no greeting - she obviously didn’t want to be there and resented it. I enjoy quietly being a generous tipper, especially to young people - 50 to 100%. Nothing for her! She did not deserve it. One other observation: aren’t eating establishments required to have bathrooms?! There were 2 locked doors (pink and green) near the entrance with signs that read ‘This is not a bathroom’. The young lady was insistent that they didn’t have bathrooms, even for her. I was desperate and pleaded with her, but her only recommendation was to go up the street to the Tiki Bar. We will be in Myrtle Beach several days, but will find yogurt elsewhere.

Great yogurt, just little pricey, other then that excellent.
Nothing unusual regarding these types of businesses. People who complain about the prices have to realize that the scales are very sensitive so although what you put what appears to be very little in the cup, it adds up very quickly.

My family and I love sweet frog. This place is an absolute rip off. 99 cents an oz, pay to park and doesn't honor any reward program. What a rip off. 45.00 for 4 very small ice creams is highway robbery. The girls working aren't even kind. Absolutely ridiculous and can't believe the attitude I got about asking about the rewards wasn't warranted. Just like saying we are a "seasonal" store that makes us not qualify. I said funny Myrtle beach is a tourist town but sure. Never will I be coming back I'll stick to north Myrtle where they care and aren't rude. Thank you for the worst experience at a sweet frog ever.

Great but expensive 🤑
They were out of Dulce de Leche and they refused to honor the No Weigh Day coupon from Sweet Frogs Corporate - they claimed they don't honor that program because they are seasonal. Goto the Carolina Forest one.

When you have 3 small kids and being on the boardwalk just enjoying the night a sweet treat is a must.
However when one of my kids can’t use the bathroom and is crying bc they have their bathrooms locked and uses the bathroom on himself it’s unbelievable! The lady just looked at my husband like he was crazy for even asking if they can unlock them for my child. Which then resulted in my 4 year old having his first accident in public.
He cried so much!
Thanks for that sweet frog!
I hope you enjoyed cleaning up pee that could have been prevented. ???♀️
