It was very late and like 5 minutes til closing but they really brought me in bc of the popping stuff the have and I’ve missed that so much! They staff was so friendly and they all really made my night, you guys rock!

Unfortunately there was only one size for the little bowls, I couldn’t sample anything. My overall first time ever going to a sweet frog kinda sucked. We were being rushed but that’s not on the establishment, that’s on the people. Toppings were almost empty & it was quite messy in the store. I guess we just decided to go at a bad time. Very pricey as well. We got half our cup full (the chocolate looking cup had nothing but air on the left side so it looks like there is more) and then toppings of course but I wasn’t expecting to pay $33 for two desserts. However I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless it’s already your normal go to spot.

My husband and I visited this SweetFrog on our honeymoon a couple of weeks ago! It was clean and I really liked the toppings options! The staff member who helped us was very nice! Beautiful view when you sit outside! ♥️

Awful Experience! Staff attempted to charge my daughter and me $38 for 2 frozen yogurts! We had 2 $10 gift cards and staff said we still owed $18 and change! When I asked for them to ring them up separately, one came to $6+ and the other $8+. Obviously first transaction was rang up incorrectly! We attempted to use our gift cards, but the staff had already used them up on the previous incorrect order and wouldn’t reload the cards with the amount they wrongly took! When I asked to talk to the manager, a young girl came out with no badge (question if she was even a manager) who said there was nothing that she could do and insisted we pay the $18! Will NEVER Be Back! Buyers Beware!

Went here for the first time tonight, and was given the worst customer service in Myrtle Beach I have experience. we usually go to Brusters, but they we're busy and did not have any available parking, so decided to give this spot a try. We went inside, and there was no one working, so prepared our icecream, set in on a scale, up at the register, and waited up front. Finally a girl walked out, and just told us the total. I asked if it was normal to not have anyone working in the entire front area, and she said "yes" with an attitude, then immediently walked into the back. We will never be coming back, and go to our neighborhood favorite Brusters from now on. They make their ice cream from scratch for a third of the price.

Pros, the treats are very tasty. The cons, The whole store needs a cleaning, straighten up the machines. Clean the fronts, that rug was alive.I'll be back, walk thru make a list and have day crew check off the night crew did the cleaning.Clean up ill change the review.
