It was amazing, the frozen yogurt and toppings were delicious but the size of the restaurant was small so when getting flavors it was a bit always because people were staring at you, but that is most likely not true for every time you go in there. To anyone who wants to have a quick treat or just is crazing something for their sweet tooth I recommend 100%!

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Sweet Frog, and I can’t rave enough about the experience! From start to finish, everything was organized, fun, and completely stress-free — thanks to their wonderful team and amazing party package.
Sweet Frog went above and beyond in providing everything we needed for the party. The party package included adorable party invitations, so I didn’t have to worry about designing anything myself. They also provided paper products and decor that perfectly matched the cheerful, vibrant theme of the store. It was a huge relief to have everything so thoughtfully coordinated, making the party feel extra special.
But what really set this experience apart was the mascot. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved meeting the Sweet Frog mascot, Cookie! It was the highlight of the day, with kids getting pictures, high-fives, and even hugs — creating memories they’ll treasure forever.
The food options were perfect. We were treated to delicious pizza, which the kids devoured, followed by the ultimate treat: frozen yogurt with a toppings bar. The yogurt selection was diverse, and the toppings were endless — candies, fruits, syrups, and more. The kids had a blast customizing their frozen yogurt creations, and the parents (myself included) were thoroughly impressed with the variety.
Sweet Frog didn’t stop there — they gave all of the party guests adorable treat bags to take home as a thank you for coming. Such a sweet touch! My daughter also received a special birthday crown that made her feel like royalty, plus a gift basket filled with fun surprises that she absolutely loved. These little extras really showed how much they care about making each celebration extra memorable.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Regan and Shaina, who made everything run smoothly. They were so attentive, friendly, and professional, helping with setup, ensuring the kids were taken care of, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the event. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s party was unforgettable. I can’t thank them enough for their help and incredible customer service.

Don't get me wrong, it was good froyo. However, it's a little pricy compared to some of the others. It's all based on weight like normal, but the smallest cup still costs around 8-10 bucks depending on what you put on it. We came later in the evening, and everything seemed functional. Employees were helpful. Overall it was a decent experience.

i really liked this place because it gave a college discount and we were told that it was for all year but we went tonight and the girl at the counter said yea we don’t do that anymore and that stinks because this place was known for college discount and we should still have the discount and show our id to get the discount

Many of the machines were either not working or out. Floors and tables were completely disgusting Almost $30 for 3 small cups Way overpriced, unclean and poor options, topics were stale or old..gross. Lost my return business
