Very nice yogurt shop. Great tasting flavors and a large choice of toppings. Store was very clean and staff were nice and friendly to the customers. We will be back for sure!!

Extremely disappointed to find out today that samples are no longer allowed. I CANT TASTE TEST THE PRODUCT before I fill my cup that costs generally around $7-9 a cup!! that is absolutely ridiculous. Find another way to save a few bucks please because that’s just tasteless. Also, if you are going to change your policy please change your rules near the cups! Do not think I’ll be back after today.

Went here for the first time tonight, and was given the worst customer service in Myrtle Beach I have experienced. We usually go to Brusters, but they were busy and did not have any available parking, so decided to give this spot a try. We went inside, and there was no one working, so prepared our icecream, set in on a scale, up at the register, and waited. Finally a girl walked out, and just told us the total. I asked if it was normal to not have anyone working in the entire front area, and she said "yes" with an attitude, then immediently walked into the back. We will never be coming back, and go to our neighborhood favorite Brusters from now on. They make their ice cream from scratch for a third of the price.

Sweetfrog also has regular ice cream such as chocolate. I'm not even big desert person, but loved this first time visit here! I out three flavours in 12oz cup; coconut, strawberry and chocolate. All three highly recommended! Added peanut M&M on top!

Ice cream was really melted right out of the machine. Even tried a different flavor, same situation. Told the ladies they didn’t even go and check on it. Missing lots of topping. I have never had a bad experience at a sweet frog until today.

Everything looked good and neat but I was there today at 12:55 and the girl working came out, blew her nose at the register, didn't wash her hands and proceeded to wait on me. Gross! Really!
