Go to this one often and the food is always hit or miss and especially the breakfast but went last night little after 6PM and they locked the doors because some teenage girls were in there….i get trying to protect teenagers especially right next to the high school but it’s 6PM and I have a hungry toddler. That’s ridiculous, there needs to be a cut off of 4PM. That gives them an hour after school to get food. After that, it is what it is.

First time in my life I've ever had cold chewy french fries.. This location is terrible now. It use to be something but ever since kids run the kitchen now they put out terrible food and service. Fry's used to always be fresh no matter the time of the order.. Try harder. We work for this money haha.

Kind of crappy that they lock the kids from band camp out during their lunch hour - considering they are one of the only close options available. I would've thought their business is just as good as anyone else's, but I guess not. Really a shame, because they could be making decent money during these few weeks!

Order # 357., restaurant # 024230 the manager took my order and it's was wrong. Called back the same one that took my order also stated she was the manager. Ordered 2 Chlupas with steak extra steak got beef instead and extra beef order ice tea got diet coke., and when I tell what's wrong I don't need a manger to get smart mouth with me over the phone. That as a manager don't shadow a company. Need to get better management then that., shows how desperate you are for management to put up with smart mouthed employees not pleased at all. And when asked for DM was told they don't come in.

Nice woman at the drive thru let me know it would take a bit of time to make my order and asked me to park and she would bring it. I had a decently large order with a lot customized and they got every single item correct. She also personally brought our food out to the car while we waited. 10/10 very happy with service
