I went in and the old lady cashier was waiting on 3 people that was in a group, that cashier asked the girl if she had a cat. The girl said yes , the cashier said oh I can tell cause you smell like a cat in the most snobby way possible, after they order, that woman kept watching the girl waiting for her food and she kept saying to herself that girl is trouble she's looking to steal something. I was standing there waiting to get my order in and I saw the girl sit down with her family, that woman kept staring at her and she told me that , oh don't go near them , they smell like cats and I think that girl stole the fancy purse she has. By that time I said to that Cashier old woman that well I have cats , do you have a problem with that, she acted like she was gonna throw up after I said that. I was gonna order a huge order for a gathering tonight that would have been way over a $ 100.00 , Taco Bell , I guess you did not want the money so I took my business elsewhere and got better food. How about keep stuff to yourself if you want people like me to order food from you.

Walked in at 947pm to order food for my husband me andy daughter and mi stood there at the front waiting for someone to come take my order no one came because they were all messing around yelling a cursing loudly they could clearly see I was there and then a workers comes out and around from where the bathrooms were said hi and went to his mop bucket and if ored me from there on I never got my order taken I walked out this taco bell sucks

This is the 4th time I’ve come to this Taco Bell off 501 and every time they get my order wrong, and today they actually got it somewhat right. My order is a beefy 5 layer with no sour cream and no beans with extra nacho cheese. Simple. Every other time it always had either sour cream or beans or both and I took it back every time. I’m just done. I shouldn’t have to come in there and watch someone make it to be sure that it’s correct, when I specified what I wanted when I ordered. I wouldn’t go here, waste of money. The service was the best thing there and it could have been better. I’ve worked fast food and how you present yourself is #1
THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE POTATOES!!! I've order from here NUMEROUS TIMES, and yet, EVERY TIME: NO POTATOES! I pay the the extra 73 cents, and yet, everytime I order Through Uber eats or door dash, THEY DONT PUT ON THE POTATOES!!! what's going on?!?
Purchased 2 "Luxe" boxes. Received the food in a bag not a box. Who ever prepared the food did not warm the taco shells or the burrito. They were so dry and hard.

This place is garbage can’t even get a simple $7 luxe box correct do not eat here I have called 5 times and the phone just rings and rings your service is below a 3rd world countries you all should be ashamed of even having a Taco Bell emblem on your shirt do not eat here I repeat do not eat here they steal your money and do not give you the food you ordered and then they don’t even answer the phone after you call during business hours on the. Right side I got 9 packs of hot sauce I guess I can eat those total trash a ten year old can do better and would make more Money than these clowns

A few months back I went to this Taco Bell and ordered food. There was no chicken in the burritos and the taco barely had any meat. My husband said to give it another try and not to let one visit ruin future visits. Tonight he ordered food through the app. This is what they serve to customers as a chicken quesadilla. Clearly this isn’t a one time thing for this location. We will not be going back to this location

I visited this place once a day for about a week and was ordering the$2 burritos and they're very inconsistent about the amounts of beans / rice that they put in it and sometimes they throw it together too fast and then roll the burrito up the wrong way instead of the way that the food is supposed to be rolled up into the flour tortilla. ( I know because I open my burrito every time to add condiments.) Other than that everything is okay. I just want to get what I pay for is all. I give the experience 3.5 Stars
