I probably wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. I was kind of skeptical at first because they have 2 Stars on yelp but I figured, it’s whatever, it’s the closest Taco Bell to where I live. But unfortunately those 2 Stars are a real thing. I got a Lux box for my girlfriend and she didn’t get her chips that came with it. Also, my Crunchwrap looked sad like they just threw it together. The only thing that was decent was the steak grilled cheese burrito but it looked significantly smaller. Maybe the food was bad because I went there late at night but still.

They need to learn how to read orders. Taco was ordered no cheese and no sour cream. Instead rice and tomato. Was given taco with everything on it. Always check food orders.

Just paid 6 bucks for a ordinary crunch with black beans instead of beef and this is what I was given. Unacceptable!

I ordered two items. I asked twice to make sure they didn't come with rice. The clerk at the register messed up my order. I never ordered a flatbread. Then, when they were supposed to give me the intended item, it came with rice, though the cashier said it did not.
I rarely eat at Taco Bell, but what a terrible experience. I kept going back to the counter for them to fix their mistakes. And I wasn't the only one that had issues. I should have just gotten a refund.
A homeless female came in while I was there, and brought her own cup to fill up a soda. I would not go here again. My friend goes to the Myrtle Beach one

I am Randy Fluharty’s daughter from West Virginia. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life, and I’ve been to quite a few. Truly immaculate quality food. As a family of 5 we ate in complete and utter silence due to how mesmerizing the food was. The only sounds were crunching of tacos.

We went on a Saturday. No one in the restaraunt. We waited over 25 minutes to get our food!!!!!!!! Worse Taco Bell ever!!!!!! Don’t go there.
We have been coming to this Taco Bell location for quite some time now. Most recently, we were out running errands and decided to place an order through the app to pick up at the drive-through. I ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt, a large nachos fries, and a 2-piece crispy chicken strips. I also ordered a large Baja Blast zero because it is one of the best drinks that Taco Bell offers. We went through the drive-through and only had to wait a few minutes for our food. I pulled off to park in a space real quick, and noticed that they did not include the nacho cheese sauce for the nacho fries. I went inside and was able to get some pretty quickly. The 3 cheese chicken flatbread was very good! The nacho fries were great, too. The crispy chicken strips were decent and I had the spicy ranch with it, which was definitely spicy! Overall, we had a decent time here, and are grateful for the people who made our food throughout these years that we have been coming.

Order seven softshell tacos with sour cream three of the seven were cold. Only one had sour cream on it. One of them if you roll the whole thing up together was no bigger than a hot dog weenie. The tortilla shell was cold. The meat was cold. I’ve tried to call back to get them straightened out, but no one wants to answer the phoneso if I call if I don’t get it straightened out by tomorrow, I won’t be going there again it’s in Carolina Forest.

Terrible Taco Bell. I ordered 6 food items from here via the Taco Bell online app for delivery. I received 3 out of the 6 food items I ordered and zero of the sauce packets. When trying to submit a complaint online, they simply sent me a $5 coupon off my next order. Mind you, the Crunchwrap supreme alone was $7, not including the other 2 missing items which were each $5. This store is criminal and the franchise should be ashamed of this store representing them.
