They do not have nothing but a drive-through open late at night for DoorDash or any kind of food and delivery. People have to wait in line for orders that’s been sitting there. They need to make it where they can pick it up at the pick up window really crappy. that they do not do that so other people‘s orders are getting cold because you’re waiting in line for another person‘s order

I used to love Taco Bell but they forget half your order now. These employees keep demanding more money so Taco Bell has to charge more for the food. But when it comes to hiring competent employees, that just went out the window. Employees don’t care. There’s no effort, spend your money somewhere else. This place blows!!

Came in to get some late night dinner and doors were unlocked was sitting there ordering on the kiosk was very rudely stopped by a guy with dreads. Who was like lobby is closed idk why you guys are in here, asked if we can order through drive through he’s like l don’t care what you do. I mentioned he should lock the door and we apologize and he mimicked me as we walked out the door. Very rude, not one other co worker even tried stepping in to apologize to us or anything. Very poor customer service. DO NOT ASK FOR THE GUY WITH DREADS. Buddy needs to find a new job not dealing with people

You open at 7 am, if I'm there at 7am and you say your fryers are down and your stoves aren't hot then why have an opening time of 7am? You open at 730am then, don't say 7am
