Kindra was managing the restaurant and was very professional and attentive. Restaurant was very clean, food was good and service was exceptional. Alexis was assisting the front to help people with their orders. Many people were confused with the new ordering process and Alexis was kind, helpful and kept a smile on her face with everyone.

Alexis was so amazing & helpful. She helped us w/several questions on the kiosk & made recommendations as well. The manager, Kendra, also came out & we were able to let her know what a great job Alexis was doing. Kendra was very nice & professional. We will definitely be going back!

Food was horrible. I honestly returned back to work and threw all away. A complete waste of money and time. I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in like 6 years, now I know as to why.

The late night manager is so rude! Some of the staff is nice. They are always under staffed. Not uncommon for them to mess up an order. Typical Taco Bell…

Went here for a plan taco with just meat and cheese. I waited 30 minutes because I am thinking to myself they are probably short handed and it's just taking a little longer. Was i wrong went up to the counter to check on my order and they had already marked it completed but I never received it. I just wanted my money back. They acted just like it didn't even matter.

Pulled forward Waited for about 15, 20 minutes for food. Most drinks were diet even though no one ordered diet and no utensils in bag to eat food with.

2 rude little girls gave me a cup of soda water and said it’s all they had because they don’t have Baja blast… I said I didn’t want soda water and they rudely said “sorry, no refunds” then slammed the window shut. This was at the drive thru window, July 9th 2025, at 5:30pm. They should both be fired.

To be perfectly honest, a year ago this Taco Bell was exemplary, but I have to change my review today, July 8th, 2025. The lady at the counter was very nice and she helped us navigate the robot order machine. It took 15 minutes before we received our food order (very skimpy ingredients inside 6 crunchy tacos that I ordered). Now I understand that they were breaking in some new employees, but as I waited for our order to come up I observed the workers and they seemed to be very disorganized, not to mention one female worker touching her nose. In conclusion, I believe there needs to be a more skilled manager running this eatery. Will not return to this location.

They do not have nothing but a drive-through open late at night for DoorDash or any kind of food and delivery. People have to wait in line for orders that’s been sitting there. They need to make it where they can pick it up at the pick up window really crappy. that they do not do that so other people‘s orders are getting cold because you’re waiting in line for another person‘s order

Just drops trays of food on counter, yells out whatever mispronunciation of names they feel like. Have to practically beg to get the cup that comes with a combo order. If you don't want to work here, don't. Customers = Paychecks

Well I walked in and they are playing CHRISTIAN MUSIC!!! My new favorite fast food place… lovely people working today!! I needed them to be here right this moment! God is GOOD
