Their portions of meat are not equivalent to other Taco Bell’s I frequently visit. Specifically the new cantina tacos. Not just one visit but on multiple occasions the tacos only had a few small pieces of chicken. Place seems clean and it’s well staffed

Taco Bell is Taco Bell they're about all the same. If you think you're going to go Taco Bell through the drive-thru and be out in 2 minutes you're wrong. Taco Bell is usually very crowded no matter where you go whether it's Myrtle Beach or Los Angeles it's usually crowded to the drive-thru so you can expect those 10 15 and 30 minute waits. Go in and get it it's an easy solution usually when you go in the restaurant itself and order you'll be out sooner than you would going to the drive-thru but it's not always that way. Sometimes you'll go in and order and have to wait a long while. And whatever you do do not use that stupid kiosk. Absolutely amazing, best taco bell my wife and I have been too. Friendliness and out going bunch, the young gentleman whom took out order was such a doll he was so friendly. Approachable and great greetings from the time we walked in the door till we left. Food was hot and fresh. This is our new location. Thank you to yall you all are amazing. We ordered thru the app. Order was not ready when it was supposed to be. They gave us regular tacos when we ordered deluxe/supreme. We live literally 5 mins away and everything was cold when we arrived home. This was our 2nd visit there and they messed up our first order too (left and item out that we ordered and paid for). We won't be going back to this location again!

Went through the drive thru and was told to park up front while waiting on order. I parked right in front of the door and see my food sitting on there shelf but Girl at drive thru was too busy worrying about making tiktok or snap videos than bringing my food. It was after 10pm and doors was locked had to wait an almost an extra 10 min just for them to notice it was there the whole time and finally bring it out

Jayden was so awesome! I have really bad eyesight and he was very understanding about it. When I couldn't read the menu, he took me over to the kiosk so I was able to see better. He was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back just because of his excellent customer service and kindness.
(09.18.24) when they first opened this location they were terrible then maybe after a year of them being open they actually started to get better. Always friendly staff and they always fixed the issue if there was one, I went today to this location and it took them 40 minutes to make my meal. I had ordered the grilled cheese burrito bell bundle box, 2 chalupa supremes with a medium Dr Pepper for my mom and two burrito supremes with a medium Pepsi for my dad now the food was good and they gave me two free items for the inconvenience. But I think the reason it took them 40 minutes is because my food was ready 20 minutes earlier but they just didn’t call my name which I think is unacceptable, my food was sitting there getting cold and after I had received my order I had to dump out the drinks and refill them because they had watered down when I finally got the food. Honestly I think this location needs to do better and I will not be back for awhile after this visit.

Every single time we’ve had this delivered or go through the drive thru it’s absolutely terrible. Tonight being the last time. If the employees aren’t vaping at the window when you pull up to pay, they’re cussing up a storm which typically isn’t a problem except 90% of your order is either incorrect or missing.

Stop asking for donations “rounding up your change” how about Taco Bell round up the change from the $20 people are already spending. And work on accurately fulfilling your orders. No reason something is either mixed up or missing every single time I come here. God forbid you come at night they will pull you into the parking lot to wait forever.
