Placed online order. Paid for order and arrived to pick up and the order wasn't ready. Wasn't even started. Then when they brought the order and we got home find that they missed 3 of the items. Tried to call them and they would not answer the phone and could not leave message because voice mail was not set up. This location was so good when they opened. Now it's just another Myrtle Beach establishment. Non working, Non caring, and no longer on my radar.

My wife and I went here on 8/18/2025 for lunch after her chemo treatment and found the location dirty and staff standing around on their phones. When we approached the counter to place our order one of the staff members that was on his phone said we had to use the kiosk to place our order because he didn't know how to use the register at the counter and also said they had no one on staff who did to place our order. I also observed one of the supervisors also on their phone. I highly recommend who ever owns this franchise needs to clean house. It's a shame that no one takes pride in their work anymore. I WILL not spend my money here ever.

Dirty on the inside. Servers seemed dead inside. The soda (especially Baja) is watered down and you can taste it. Food is always inaccurate and constantly missing ingredients. I understand yall hate your jobs, but please, don't take it out on customers with poor performance.

This is one of the worst taco bells I've ever been too. They've removed the best items from their menu, such as the cravings boxes, and raised the prices to roughly $10+ per person! Taco Bell will NEVER be worth that price, especially without the best items on the menu.
I got to this location and was so disappointed with the prices and menu selection that I just went to a different restaurant.

They put my label on the wrong bag giving me someone else’s order and food. Nothing in here was what was ordered and they decide not to answer their phones because they know they messed up. They had one simple job with a very simple order and couldn’t do that right.
