I was looking for a really good steakhouse and the food was mediocre , not horrible but not mouth-watering the steak menu I thought should have been a lot better the presentation was really not there the mashed potatoes look like they set out for a couple days

We come in at least once a week we are locals. We had Barbra as our waitress tonight and she is an absolute delight and an amazing waitress! She has a great personality and is a great waitress. Great food and atmosphere.We will definitely be back!

Tbonz has been around awhile. They were the top name in steakhouse. I haven't been to one in awhile and we decided to go today. We usually go to a different steakhouse nearby. The moment we walked in I should have followed my gut and left . Dark. Gloomy. (It was 3pm on a sunny day btw) Outdated. Just meh. You don't get bread or rolls or anything. Waitress was nice and stayed on top of the service. They don't have a chicken fingers meal. You have to order the appetizer then order the sides separately. About four dollars a side btw . All of our food was over fried. Over greasy. And just bland. We won't be back. There are many better places to eat that are worth the money . Good service but that was about all.

Have been there several times and this last time definitely the worst. Took 15 minutes to get drinks and they weren't even that busy ,then ordered prime rib and almost half of it was grissle and or fat . Was my go to spot fir prime rib but they definitely fell short past time or rwo

My family and I were on vacation for spring break this week, so we wanted to try a restaurant we do not have near where we live. So, we decide to try Tbonz and while some entrees where pleasant the experience was not what we were thinking. The menu was very limited which was surprising, but we were able to figure out things to order.The waitress was really baffling. Glasses were empty and stayed that way. The waitress passed our table several times without checking on us and I finally had to say something. Even then, the refills were not filled near the person but was asked to be passed all the way across the end of the table. There was no warm and friendly vibe coming from her, instead more of a inconvenience. There may have been something that happened to her prior to our arrival so we did not show out or anything, but the experience was definitely unpleasant enough not to go or recommend.

Service was exceptionally poor with not many patrons.
Had a quick lunch. Was fitted fast freindly service and great food. It was only lunch, but for you beach season people hit up their lunch special blackened tilapia and baby shrimp and and those brussel sprouts on.... boom, you got a tongue wagging, wallet happy, beach body approved lunch.

Great staff, service, and food. I ordered a sirloin and ate every ounce. The fries are awesome. The staff are really nice even if it’s your first time or 100th. Especially Barbara and Karen are the kindest and most joyful staff/waiters.
