Went to dinner with some friends and had a wonderful time. The margaritas are one of the best and their filet mignons are season well and tastes great.... nice atmosphere also.

Waitress had attitude. Rolls were awful, like 3 day old Walmart rolls. The steak and baked potatoe was good.

Let me just start by saying I in no way had a problem with the service whatsoever. The hostess was kind, and our server was wonderful. I have been to multiple Texas Roadhouse locations and have never been disappointed until today. It was awful. The rolls tasted days old and nothing like Texas Roadhouse rolls normally taste, they were stale and lacked flavor. My steak was a little overcooked but was not anywhere near as good as the steak I have had at other locations, it was not good quality meat, you could tell. Mashed potatoes were ok, and green beans were good. My mixed drink was okay. Overall I was very disappointed with the food, it was nothing like the other locations I have been to. Management needs to do something here. It’s the Texas OUTHOUSE Lol

Thought I had posted this but here goes again. I was there a few weeks ago with a friend for lunch while on vacation. The server was very nice, food wasn’t bad but I really got ripped off on my bill payment. My bill was approximately $ 30 … for lunch. Oh well,we were on vacation. Paid with my check card. Today I was reviewing my payments only to learn I was billed $60.19. Of course we’re back home and have no proof to challenge this ,so all I can do is warn others to beware!! Will never return or recommend!!!

I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE!! This restaurant has no ties to TEXAS ROADHOUSE it is a gimmick. The atmosphere is horrible, the management is horrible, the food is horrible. The prices should be lowered, the 20% gratuity is absurd when the waitresses aren’t worth 5 cent. The name needs to be changed bc I feel ppl ONLY come to this restaurant bc they think it’s the Texas Roadhouse Chain. The manager never came to the table, that’s like a slap in the face to us southerners. The experience was horrible and they really could have turned the experience around with great hospitality but unfortunately we didn’t receive that.

Didn't even eat there, was skipped on the list, then after we were seated, nobody ever showed up. Lots of people looked like they had been waiting a while on their food,

Located conveniently at the Coastal Grand Mall, Texas Roadhouse Grill offers a hearty and casual dining experience perfect for the whole family. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:Pros:Great steaks: They're known for their hand-cut steaks, grilled to your liking. Whether you're a rib-eye enthusiast or a filet mignon fan, they have something for every steak lover.More than just steaks: If you're not in the mood for beef, they offer a variety of other options like chicken, burgers, pork chops, and even seafood. They also have a kid's menu for the little ones.Family-friendly atmosphere: With their casual, come-as-you-are vibe, Texas Roadhouse is a great place to take the whole family. The staff is known for being friendly and attentive, making sure everyone enjoys their meal.Daily lunch specials: If you're visiting for lunch, they offer special deals on some of their menu items.Cons:Cleanliness: A sanitation issue detracted from my experience. I found a hair on my plate, which raises concerns about overall hygiene.Buns: The freshness of the buns was disappointing. They seemed stale or past their prime.Meat Temperature: Unfortunately, the meat was overcooked.

Food was not good. The salad was soggy and tasteless, like it had been sitting in a fridge for days. The potatoes were not fully cooked, still completely hard. Waitress was not friendly. This was our second time, the first was just as bad. There won't be a third.

The server was very attentive and appeared to be the only server taking care of the large parties. The atmosphere was dim which made it hard to read the menus. After a long wait to receive our food it wasn't worth the wait. Ismael the server was the only positive about the visit. Management was no assistance to the staff and it appeared that the kitchen staff was more interested in being social with the hostess.

The service sucked. We walked in with a party of 6 and I was surprised one of the employees wasn't smoking. Rude, mean I guess best describes the place. OUT OF TOUCH PRICES

The waitress was not able to understand that you should NEVER SERVE burnt rolls to customers. Ohhh..FYI....YOU GET FIRST TOLLS FREE....SECOND TIME is $2/$1. Her attitude was very nonchalant. O ly in Myrtle Beach. And atop of that...they INCLUDE GRATUITY OF 5 OR MORE. I wasn't pressed with the food at all. Her waitress skills that she lacked there....wasn't worth a $32 tip. They should post this on the door.Let folks make a choice. Just go to Golden Corral....you still get all the steak ya want.
