Incredible food and entertainment by chef Mike. Had an absolute blast. Also got to try a hundred year old recipe for dessert (it was amazing). I could eat that pork belly for the rest of my life and be happy.
Absolutely amazing experience! Michael was not only a fantastic host, he was a superb cook as well. We got the sigsig tacos, the Sinigang wings, the lumpia nanay, crab ragoon, and chocochip cookie lumpias, and also his family's 100+ yr old reciped fruit salad and everything, I mean everything was amazing. While waiting on the food got to sing some karaoke, wifey got her San Miguel that brought her back home, and the atmosphere was amazing, so much to take in. Definitely gonna...
