My family and I recently ordered takeout from The Tavrne, a fantastic Jamaican spot downtown, and we were thoroughly impressed! We tried the oxtail dinner, curry goat dinner, and jerk chicken pasta, and every dish was incredibly tasty and packed with authentic flavor. The portions are generous, so you'll definitely get your fill.

When I picked up our order, the restaurant wasn't crowded, and the owner, who seemingly does it all – from chef to cashier...

Good food, great service and welcoming place. The food is really good, one of the main reasons we go there. Just seem like the portions shrunk a bit since the last time we were there. Won't stop me from going for the patty melt!

How is it possible...xm sitting at YOUR bar... listening to bartender explain to guests..aftee explaining to me....how there kitchen is down till 7pm wen cook arrives.... and i learn sitting 4 stools down from me....drinking a beer....is YOUR cook! Lolol. 29 yrs old....exactly why i dont hire peeps under 30!
