Was excited to try a new place being that we are new to MB. Went here based on recommendations. Won’t be going back. The menu says 3.75 Juice. Nondescript. I asked what juices. The waitress said apple, orange etc. We chose orange. The meal was just OK at best. The bill came and the OJ was 8.00 a glass! No refills either. On any juices! Which the waitress failed to mention when we ordered seconds. I told management not for a refund because we already paid but for a coaching moment for the waitress to notify people on the front end that the menu is priced wrong and then no refills. We paid 60 for OJ alone! That’s insane. The manager said she needs to update her menus and said nothing she can do since we paid already. I hope the upsale on the ticket was worth it because they won’t get repeat business or a good word or mouth referral. What a shame.

I didn't think I could find a breakfast spot that I would love, but boy, was I wrong. They had a reasonably priced breakfast combo that came with any style eggs, bacon or sausage, grits or potatoes, and pancakes or french toast. For a small fee, you can even substitute for any pancakes or french toast on the menu, which I did. I got the banana's fosters, and they didn't disappoint. I didn't even need the syrup that came with it because the rum sauce was enough. This dish was so good that I don't know if I'll ever try anything else on the menu

Here eating at 12 on Sunday October 13th. We’ve eaten here before and I ordered a Bloody Mary before. I had to actually get up and go get it from the bar as the server Katsiaryna did not ever bring it to me and it had absolutely no garnish. The service was not well at all. We had food with no silverware and it took 5 minutes to get silverware. We had to get up to get napkins as we never saw our waitress except watching her talk hanging out at the bar (but yet didn’t remember to bring my drink from the bar). We own local businesses here as well so hated to leave this review. This was the worse dining experience we’ve had eating out in the area. And we do live here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I didn't realize that they closed at 3:00 o'clock. I walked in a little after 2:30 and asked if I could sit or if I needed to get it to go. They encouraged me to have a seat, and the server was great. He didn't rush me but offered great suggestions since this was my first time there.
I highly recommend the Island meal.

Literally just left. I had an omelette with spinach and mushrooms, grits, and toast. I washed it down with a cup of coffee.
This place gets it right. Simple food cooked very well.
Wish we would have breakfast here the entire trip instead of just the last day.

First off, the food was down right terrible.
The chicken and waffles- frozen chicken on a tasteless waffle.
Regular pancakes were not cooked thoroughly and were still doughy.
Gluten free pancakes are NOT gluten free as there was cross contamination and made all 3 gues with me that had Celiac Disease sick. Do Not advertise Gluten free on the menu and then put a warning at the bottom that says "gluten friendly not guaranteed". That means it is not gluten free, also put on the menu that it comes with powdered sugar on top.
The sausage patties were very tasteless and were more like pork patties without seasoning.
The picture shows what is called on the menu as 2 oversized biscuits with sausage gravy, but in reality it was a normal size biscuit cut in half. A Grands biscuit is bigger and fluffier.
The eggs were tasteless and bland.
The service was horrible as it was very difficult to get the waitress to come to the table and was asked to clean the table before we were served because of stickiness on the table, but was never done. Smaller parties will be waited on before larger ones. In fact, after all of this, they still charged 20% gratuity.

Horrible experience, do not recommend, and will not be back.
