Our server Jay was phenomenal. He was very attentive and we were a chaotic group who accidentally spilled two large drinks everywhere. He was easy to find and very kind about the whole thing. I'm very thankful for him and the experience. Will definently be back again when we come to visit family

Everything on the menu has prices except the drinks! They do this for a reason. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise! $17.99 for a glass of wine is ridiculous! $5 for Pepsi & $5 for a draft!
Food prices are reasonable!

Never actually ate at a Top Golf. Usually I only come to play Golf at one of these but the food was honestly not bad. Their food are like gaming/finger food so don't think your coming here for a Dinner date, but instead like a fun date. I would recommend the Chicken Katsu sliders they were really good and fresh.

Top Golf has the kindest staff! We five came to golf including an autistic young man. Although they didn’t have service on the first floor the manager allowed us to be there so we could have seclusion and not over stimulate our friend. Our waiter Zac was kind and sensitive to the situation. The staff went above and beyond taking care of us. It was truly amazing in a world that’s not always very kind. Especially to our special needs population. Kudos to Top Golf!!!

I asked to be moved to a bay 2-3 stalls away from a loud group. In a mostly empty building I was forced to sit and listen to my neighbors comment on my swing and how abnormal it is for someone to sweat at top golf. I want you to know this experience (and the 2 identical to it) were very upsetting. Do better

We had an absolutely amazing time at Topgolf! The food and drinks were delicious — everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The menu had a great variety, and the cocktails were top-notch. The atmosphere was fun, upbeat, and welcoming — perfect for families or friends just wanting to have a great time.The staff were all incredible. Overall, the service, food, and energy of the place made for an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Boring! Don't expect to watch your favorite team on their TVs. Five TVs played two different games and even at that they were flip, flip flip. Couldn't get served and we were the only ones in the bar. The place I was not busy on the Sunday afternoon during game time. Will not go back. We left and went to Carolina ale House which was a much better atmosphere for game watching and enjoying food and drinks.

I am a local and hardly ever go to Topgolf. Tonight I took my older kids and we had a great time. I did everything on the app which was super easy. I’m a member so I got one free hour and a free appetizer. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were also great. I will be going back again soon. Maybe during the week next time as it is a lot cheaper than going on a Saturday night.

The food was okay, but the service really brought the experience down. We waited quite a while, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or even acknowledging us. I hope management addresses this, because it really affects the overall impression of the place

Brought my daughters up to play since it was a rainy day. I will disclose I was Walk-In. We were told at time of check-in that levels 2 and 3 were a two hour wait and there was an immediate bay available in the lower level. I opted for the lower bay with immediate accommodation and upon selection of the time to play there was an odd amount of minutes, I want to say 36 minutes “until time of event” (which I thought would mean a non-discounted price after a certain time of day). I was never told that there would be only a short time to play at check-in with no option to extend. I ordered food about 5-10 minutes after we started and we couldn’t even eat our food at the bay because our time was over and there was NO AVAILABILITY TO EXTEND THE BAY TIME. Unfortunately I had to eat my food in the bar area with some disappointed girls who I brought to have a fun time. I do frequent here and after this experience I may never return.
