Was able to book online morning of for a 10 o’clock slot. Before 10 I received a text asking to confirm. Then was texted saying let them know by text when I arrived. Was able to do all that and was texted my bay number so we could walk right to the bay.

Our bay waiter was awesome. Came around often to check on us. Food was delicious as always.

Arrived at 9:15 AM without a reservation, told to come back at 9:45 when more servers would arrive. Came back at 10:10 and told nothing available without reservation. No one in the lobby basically empty. Sounds like the only way you get in during the 1/2 off time is to pay for reservations. We are experienced golf family, we enjoy the venue. However, we were told we had to wait due to no bay service. After the second time later, we were told we had to be on the waitlist, but the lobby was empty again at 10:10 am.
Please advise what to do next time.

When my family and I arrived, we waited for more than an hour for service/check in. On top of this, the staff was very insubordinate and careless when handling our food and beverages. We did not have enough silverware/plates, and my girlfriend didn’t even get the meal she had ordered. When you go to a restaurant, it is crucial that the server comes over to the table to ask how the food is/refills the tables beverages. Our table was sticky and gross the entire time, in which the staff did nothing but stand in a circle and talk to each other. My family and I had payed for the 350$ beverage and food package, therefore I was expecting better hospitality from the staff. The manager was nowhere to be seen, even though we were there for over 3 hours. Overall, I was very disappointed with my first experience at TopGolf. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

I had went there to have a nice time with my family but it was everything but that. They have over 100 employees training but none of them know how to give enough plates and silverware to the people sitting at tables. They were also too incompetent to know when to clean off a table. My table was wet a sticky the entire time. I think they should worry more about keeping things clean rather than tracking people who pay to come to these places. Would never come here again worst experience of my life.

What an awesome place. Saw many videos online of Top Golf and always wanted to go. Wide selection of games and clubs. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Kyndall Allred, bartender, made our experience as local, regulars, a disgrace. Will not be returning & will make sure none of my friends do. Rejected my 30 year old girlfriend’s ID with a smile on her face. Seemed insecure and personal. Yikes. Hope you’re OK! And the poor bayhost missed out on a much larger tab had we been served.

beyond annoyed with this place we walked in and the lady behind the deck was rude and told us to throw all are drinks out when i was there monday and it was no problem that i had a drink and then after i threw my drink out she told me they have a 45 min wait could not even have the common courtesy to tell me that before i threw out my drink….
