I love top golf & always enjoy coming here. But tonight we had a really horrible server, named Daphney.. She needs to do better. Barely even saw her & she had a poor attitude. I don’t think this is the job for her.

We had an excellent time for our 1st trip there. Our waiter’s name was Jordan and he was excellent, excellent service and explained everything to us. We will definitely be going back again.

Our server Joshua S did an excellent job helping us set up our game. The food was amazing. Best chicken sandwich hands down. As locals, we will back!

Worst TopGolf venue, customer service, basic bland food. I’m from Sacramento, California. I EXPECT a certain level of customer service, partly why I moved here after my vacation. So disappointing.

Seems to be an issue with certain looking people. I review places, food, restaurants and I will be letting all my viewers know how I sat on hold for 20 minutes and kept getting the run around after I tried to speak to a manager the next day.

We were watched like hawks all night. I was with my family of 4 including two children not teens, children and this was the worst experience ever. They even stood behind us watching us, whispering and sent security. Lolol. People should really act professional when representing a company. Especially this one.

We will fulfilled the contract, but I won’t buy the platinum membership here not with that type of treatment. Smdh

And I don’t want some raggedy apology! Save it!

Topgolf is an awesome place me and the wife did 90 mins and had a great time we had some mac and cheese bites and plenty of drinks. I MUST SAY the prices will get up in price it's was 60 just for the bay that's the major down fall. But Will probably be back

Nicely done top golf, service is always good. You can play a hour for 40.00. We also had some snacks. We also had a few drinks, not a bad time. The prices are good on food and drinks . They have a nice bar area . They do have gas heaters, which keeps it warm.

We had an amazing time. Fourth Top Golf we have been to, from the West Coast to the East Coast. Food, Drinks, and service are on point. Can't wait to come back to the Myrtle Beach location.

This was my first time visiting this Topgolf location, and it was a great experience overall. It wasn't overcrowded, which made everything feel relaxed and enjoyable. Since it was cold outside, I really appreciated the heater option-it made a big difference and kept us comfortable the entire time.

I liked the variety of games offered, which kept the experience fun and engaging instead of repetitive. The food menu had solid options, and the drink menu was extensive with plenty to choose from. Overall, the golf experience was very fun and entertaining, paired with a great atmosphere. I'd definitely come back again.

Our server Jay was phenomenal. He was very attentive and we were a chaotic group who accidentally spilled two large drinks everywhere. He was easy to find and very kind about the whole thing. I'm very thankful for him and the experience. Will definently be back again when we come to visit family

Everything on the menu has prices except the drinks! They do this for a reason. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise! $17.99 for a glass of wine is ridiculous! $5 for Pepsi & $5 for a draft!
Food prices are reasonable!
