Topgolf Myrtle Beach

My wife and I booked a training session with Matty while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. I had been to a TopGolf a handful of times while it was my wife's first time (and intro to golf in general). We were a bit worried about Matty having to split his time helping both of us, but we had nothing to fear.

Matty asked both of us to show him our stances & hit a bit so he could see how much work he had in store. He then gave us clear instructions on what to work on during the hour, and brought out training gear where necessary (As shown with my wife's swing). It was such a great experience that we stayed another hour and my wife ended up beating me in a game!

If we lived closer we'd be setting up time to work with Matty and see the outstanding staff at this TopGolf fairly regularly. Highly recommend whether you're just visiting or live around the area!

Do not even try to go here. We came here before and stated we needed to bring the water in for our kids, and they agreed. Today we tried to go in again, and they told us we are not allowed to bring my kids waters in the place. I asked if they offer REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER since that’s what I have in my kids water bottles and EVERY RESTAURANT AROUND ALLOWS US TO BRING IT IN WITH NO PROBLEMS. And they don’t even know what that is. So if they don’t offer what I need, even though we were going to eat dinner and play golf, still we had to leave just because we had our bottles of water for my kids. It is ridiculous. If you need to bring your little one’s drinks, then don’t bother to come here

Wish I could give this negative zero. I went to Topgolf in Atlanta on a work trip and it was awesome. Talked it up to my family ( who didn’t want to go) and was extremely disappointed. First of all, I booked online way in advance. They advertise that you can register online to save time and I was not able to, so I arrived early so we could register. I was told that I had to wait to register at the bay at my designated time and that “you are not going to be able to register new members online in advance”. When the time came, we were told that we had to go to the first floor which I didn’t want to. I have only played on the third floor before which is MUCH BETTER. I told them I didn’t want to be on the first floor and they told me they were booked on the third floor for the next 3 hrs but I never saw that you could book a specific door when I reserved so I asked them and they said no, there’s not a way to book a specific floor you can just request. Now how does that make sense? Between paying for the bay, registering 6 people and food our bill was over $300 and this is what we got. Way overpriced. Booking reservations online is useless. I have little kids and wanted upper bay and couldn’t get it. Booked online earlier in day. For point of having upper bay. Got here hour early, asked for it and couldn’t help me here either. What’s point of making reservations if can’t even get bay higher to accommodate younger kids. First floor is pointless for little kids I can hit a ball in my backyard for free at this point. . This place is garbage overpriced and trash. Food is expensive . Dennys and Waffle House has better food cheaper price and better. Go golf at a range and save your money and time the wait isn’t worth it. Reservations don’t do crap.

Pro Golf lessons with Billy Belair. Was in town for a few days and noticed I could get a lesson from a PGA professional at Top Golf of all places. Price was reasonable and with Billy’s help I should be able to make the tour soon. :). All kidding aside what a great service. He really was able to help my game. First lesson ever and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

I would give zero stars if I could. What a joke! When you make reservations it's through a 3rd party, so when you get there even with a reservation your request isn't accomadated. We took our 2 young boys last week and we asked for the 3rd floor waited 45 mins to be told EVERYONE on the 3rd floor extended their time so we could only have a spot on the 2nd floor for an hour and a half. The boys wanted to come back this Sunday and do the 3rd floor. They suggested reservations for this week, so we made them. They are too busy to accomadate. Once again we had Danielle who has zero customer service skills. We asked for a refund but there was no manager on duty. So Craig the manager will call you. That was definitely not working for us and when a new person came out he was able to get us a manger. The manager stated it.would be 5 days to get a refund.
So as $40 for a family is a great price, how you are treated is disgusting! I would never return to this Myrtle Beach location.

Great spot!! Attended on a Tuesday and it is half price!! Plenty of drinks and beer; the food was good - not great; but good. If you order the nachos you get six nachos. They are individual chips with the toppings; but it is definitely not a platter of nachos.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary.

It was only our second time top golfing, but the first time at this location.

We had limited wait time to start golfing and were immediately greeted by staff to request our order.

They asked if there was any special occasion and to our surprise, they ended up bringing injectable donut holes with happy anniversary written on the plate.

The weather was perfect, the atmosphere was not too loud, the prices were reasonable, and the server for our bay was extremely sweet, professional and timely with our requests.

Unfortunately we did not stay throughout the night to enjoy the dance floor (they hosted an event that night) but we've heard excellent things from others.

We will be coming here next time with our kiddos to enjoy a day filled with good food and top golf.

Good time overall. Prices are fair, staff is very helpful. Would do it again.

Really cool place!! We were on the top floor and able to see the entire green. The interactive part with video games added when driving the golf balls was really cool ie: Sonic the Hedgehog or Captain America. Good selection of clubs, cheap to upgrade and of course they have a set of left handed clubs (just need to ask). Would definitely go back! Staff were super friendly and outgoing.

Great time with my son and his friends. Food was good, games were fun, service was great (Jenna). Son said this was nicer than our Topgolf in Charlotte. Not sure why but seems legit.
