10 STARS! Higher-end Italian fare. Everything was absolutely delicious: mozzarella carozza [fried cheese sticks], meatballs, Italian Salad, Chicken Parmigiana, Calamari. Super friendly staff, fast service. The house bread and red pepper oil was simple and so good. Definitely coming back to this spot.
The mozzarella sticks and chicken Marsala were soooo good !!!! I have the say the pasta sauce didn’t have much flavor or taste authentic :/ I would come back for the mozzarella sticks and chicken Marsala but definitely would skip any marinara sauce. The waitress was phenomenal she was very attentive! They offer a coupon in the coupon books if you grab one!

Immediately when we walked in I thought this place is gonna be so good. The waitress was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. The salad that comes with your dinner choice was probably my favorite thing. I just wish it wasn't so small. The fresh bread was really good, but again, wish we could've had a refill of it when our meal arrived. Everything after that was just pretty much okay. My husband had the lasagna and it wasn't anything special. My son had the shrimp scampi and it was basically angel hair pasta with shrimp on top with a garlicky sauce. I forget the name of what I had and it wasn't anything special either. Chicken with mozzarella cheese on top with penne noodles and something that made it super spicy. For the price of this meal it is something I could've made at home. We were just expecting a more authentic Italian meal. The atmosphere was very Italian. Maybe that's why when the food arrived it was kind of a disappointment that Olive Garden would have been a better choice.

Service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant is cute. The entrees were good. We had veal parm and Chicken Mediterranean. Meatball app was okay, as the sauce was not especially flavorful. Cannoli for dessert was awful. Not a typical cannoli filling.

5 stars all the way. Wine selection was awesome, our food was amazing and we had the friendliest waiter Jeff. He couldn't have been more helpful. We sat at the bar for happy hour and he was chatting us up like we'd known him for year. Sausage and peppers on HH menu was like a full serving, as we're the meatballs, they were huge. We thoroughly enjoy our food, service and atmosphere. Well done Jeff and Toscana, we've found a new favorite!!

Stopped here by chance and decided to try it out. The food is extremely good and the staff was attentive to our needs. I would say, this has been the best tasting food we have has so far in our 4 trips to Myrtle!If your thinking about going, I would recommend it.We ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the Tuscan Chicken with the meatballs for an app!!! I had the house red which was also decent.

I stopped in last night for dinner and sat at the bar. I ordered the chicken parm. It was spot on and absolutely delicious. As most of have noticed the portion size at most restaurants are getting smaller. Definitely not at Toscana, I could only finish half. The portions here are huge and still high quality. The salad was amazing also. I will definitely be back!!!

We had some of the best Italian food we’ve ever eaten here! The spaghetti carbonara is to die for. Our server was very friendly and the vibe and low lighting in the restaurant is calm and I love the decor! We will be back next time we’re visiting Myrtle!
