Chloe is the best! Every time I come in, she’s smiling and makes the whole place feel welcoming. My smoothies are always made fresh, quick, and exactly how I like them. She remembers regulars and treats everyone like family, which makes such a difference.

Chloe is absolutely amazing at Tropical Smoothie! She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. Not only does she make the smoothies taste perfect every time, but she also has such a positive attitude that makes the whole experience better. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you’re stopping by, Chloe is the one you want making your smoothie. she makes it with love and it shows!

Tough place to get into as far as driving. Drive thru is just as complicating as parking. The food is delicious, the music is pretty awesome, unfortunately the service is really slow. There’s no sense of urgency with the employees although they’re always polite.

GEESH these employees need to learn how to greet people and say have a good day or thank you. They need to be trained in customer service better. The smoothies were like water today. The other day they did not greet me in the drive through for several minutes. Then when I pulled forward they were taking so long I had to back out of the drive through and leave.

Been to this establishment about a year ago and it seemed satisfactory. But today, we were disappointed for the following reasons: Although the food was pretty tasty, the young man preparing our food seemed to take forever because he seemed distracted. Also the music playing (nothing against music) was way too loud to communicate.

I stopped by right before closing this past Saturday. I apologized to the employees because of this. We ordered 2 smoothies, my wife wanted a strawberry/banana with no chocolate and I wanted orange juice and banana only. I knew these were technically not on the menu but the guy said he could do it. When we left and took out first taste, my wife had a red smoothie that tasted like ice and banana only, I had just watered down orange juice with more ice then flavor. Again it was our fault that we got there 10 minutes before close but these things were disgusting. When we got back to ask about it the store was already closed.

If I could give a negative star I would. This was the most unsanitary and nasty smoothie store I have ever seen. There were flies everywhere and fruit/food uncovered. If this place was in California it would immediately be shut down. Horrible experience!!!

Very disappointed in this store and it's customer service. My first visit I came to pick up an order when I walked in I was never acknowledged or asked if I needed any assistance while I was standing at the counter and it took them about 3 to 4 minutes and to acknowledge me after I had to let someone know I needed assistance to pick up my order. Crazy because I was the only customer standing there and totally got looked over. The second visit I went through the drive-thru with my husband and ordered a wrap combo and it was really good ans fixed so neatly so that prompted me to go back the next day but I was very disappointed with the customer service because we got lettuce that was old and it was fixed so sloppy. So I called to get a replacement order and it was questionable if I could get a replacement order after spending over $30, so I had to call back again and I spoke with a manager that decided to replace it. I went to pick up my replacement and sadly was looked at and wasn't greeted again when I walked through the door. I mean no welcome at all. I did however meet beautiful Jasmine, the manager, and she replaced my order for me and also Miguel did come up to me and apologize for my order being messed up, so I do appreciate their integrity and helping me. Also the health department needs to change that C rating on the door if they actually have a better grade as I was told it was incorrect. Hope this store gets it together being in the beautiful Carolina Forest area. This store needs a upbeat and bright atmosphere with greetings and smiles.
