Ordered a group order for my family. Made it to the window and was asked "what was your order" had to repeat everything again to him because the first person didn't enter in when I was saying it through the drive through apparently. Customer service is horrible. They are all young and don't want to be there and it shows. Food.. it's hard to mess up a smoothy. So the smoothies and food were average. Will definitely drive further next time.

My dad and I goes to this tropical smoothie place 3 times a week. today my dad picked up the order after working all day and i spent 50 dollars for dinner. I have NEVER gotten such a cold/ smashed flatbread in my life and my dad said that the gentleman that was cooking our food tonight was unwelcoming and had an attitude issue. I am never going back there again, as a recommendation, save your money and go elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience the first time I was there. A girl named Tia waited on us. She couldn't have been any sweeter and any nicer. And when I tasted my smoothie, it tasted a little funny and she knew exactly how to fix it. And it was Delicious you should have more employees like that. Willing to go an extra step to make customers want to come back. Hopefully on my next visit Miss Tia will be able to take care of us again

This store needs to be more service oriented. Everyone in their zone, no welcome, no acknowledgement that we were there to order. After 8 minutes waiting, they took my order. The employees seem robotic.

This is my new favorite tropical smoothie to come to. The workers are so kind and considerate of their customers! Whenever I walked in the door they put a smile on my face!! The food here is good as well as the smoothies!! I will definitely be coming back here soon!
