Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafes all the time. First time at this location. I ordered a blueberry bliss, and it was the worst smoothie I ever had. Totally bland, tasteless, and too icy. What a disappointment.

Drive thru isn’t the friendliest depending who is there. They take pretty long, HOWEVER, the food is always great. One of my favorite places to go for a quick healthy meal after work.

Object in food - ordered no bacon/pork. They will sneak pork into your food. They added pork anyway. I tried to have the problem corrected several times and was completely ignored each time. They do not answer the phone. There is no customer service contact.

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie and when I came to visit the beach I was highly disappointed in this place. There was one employee who was extremely rude. She had an attitude and did not greet me. I ask for a flatbread with no bacon and 2 wraps with no tomato and they completely ignored those requests and added both bacon and tomato. Smoothies were fine but the food and customer service was not good what so ever

Came in 10 minutes before close, to about 6 teenagers cleaning. They told us they were already closed per their general managers instruction, but it seemed as if they were just trying to get out of making our drinks. You should operate within your business hours

So I ordered a blueberry bliss, while visiting with family I had hardly touched it in store. Took a few sips, and it was an excellent choice. I'm so happy with flavor choice. As I was saying goodbye to my family, I was the parking lot, and the whole bottom busted out, and I lost almost all of my smoothie. So, a worker by the name of Brian was actually outside at the time doing trash and had seen this incident happen. As I was approaching him with my broken cup, he was opening his closed trash bag, which at the time I didn't know. So I asked him if it was still open and if I could throw it away. He told me he was already working on it, let me throw it away, and then actually offered me a whole new smoothie and what flavor it was. He was so attentive, caring, and there for his customers and gave me an excellent experience at this store. He had his coworker Macy start on my smoothie while he finished helping with mess and trash, and I asked them their names so I could give them the review they both deserve. I'm so happy to see that there are still workers out there who love helping customersand told them both thank you so much for helping me out and going out of their way to make me a new one. Both deserve a raise. Excellent experience and what a delightful flavor choice it was. Thank you both again for all you do for your customers and tropical smoothie!!!

Kid-friendliness: Have choices picky kids would even enjoy, lol. It is also healthy for those looking out for diets and still have amazing flavors for these options. My kids love their banana/peanut butter sandwich.

I had friends visiting and they wanted to try something they never had. We get Tropical Smoothie at least 3 times a week at work. I spoke so highly of this place. Big disappointment!! We ordered for delivery and did not recieved the complete order. I called and first the employee said he'd write my name down and I could pick the rest of the order up when I was there. I wanted to talk to manager and asked the manager to call me. I haven't heard anything yet. I did not order this or pay for delivery to pick it up later. I ordered it for my friend's to try something new while they are here now! I got a coupon from Tropical Smoothie through email to get a smoothie for $1.99 with another order. Was that supposed to make everything ok?!!

We had a disaster of a situation with Uber Eats & Tropical Smoothie Cafe but the Cafe was so amazing and went above and beyond to rectify the situation! We love this particular store and everyone is already so nice and kind and patient! Jean(name on my receipt) and the new girl who was training (Sofia i believe) along with the shift leader (i assume) were all truly genuine and sweet! Oh and Bryan who helped when I called about the delivery and food mix up last night was also great! Highly recommend!

Employees were rude. Did not greet us when we came in, the group I was with waited for over 10 minutes in line and no one came over and took their order, or even said “We will be with you all in a minute.” I waited for my online order for over 15 minutes, I waited at the order pick up counter. No one asked me what I was waiting for or anything, finally I went over to the counter where you order at and said “I have an online order for Alyssa.” It had been done the whole time…my smoothie ended up being half melted. I love tropical smoothie and have always had good experiences, but the staff was so rude we will not be going back to this location.

The food is too good to be true. If I had the funds, I would order from here every day. The mocha/chocolate smoothie is so good, I think about it all day. Delivery is fast as lightening. This place makes the best food I’ve had in Myrtle since moving here . Three snaps up!!
