I ordered a cheese quesdilla and they gave me a chicken. I do not personally like their chicken, the quesdilla was more chicken then cheese.

I stopped at this location on my way to Polished Nails to get a healthy smoothie. Ordered Peanut in Paradise- suppose to have banana, strawberry, pineapple, nonfat yogurt and whey protein. One look at it and I was already disappointed. It was light beige in color. I thought where is the color from the strawberries? Took a sip and all I tasted was peanut butter and an aftertaste. Like from an artificial sweetener. Couldn't drink it. Yuk. Now after looking at the ingredients list, it does have Splenda. I went in there for a healthy meal and what I got was not3rd whole fruit or yogurt, but all ingredients are powder. If you are looking for a healthy smoothie THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. IT IS PROCESSED FOOD. SAVe

Absolutely delicious! I absolutely love their smoothies; I genuinely believe they have the best ones in town. The ingredients are always fresh and bursting with flavor, making each sip a delightful experience. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, which is a major plus. They also offer a fantastic variety of options, so there’s always something new to try. Whether you prefer fruity blends or something a little more unique, there's definitely something for everyone!

I’m really disappointed in my experience at the tropical smoothie in Myrtle Beach off Hwy 17. I wanted to make a change of pace instead of the usual fast food. I walked in to a half empty store which I thought was perfect since I was on my lunch break and only had one person waiting for there food in front of me and after around 5 mins. Being that I was a little undecided I didn’t mind the fact that the person behind the counter hadn’t greeted me even after noticing me, once I finally decided I realized that I’ve been waiting for a total of 27 mins. I ended up reluctantly going to Panda Express which I learned I was not a fan of. So over all it was a waste of money and time

I love my visit. Staff were very polite even though they seemed very busy. Smoothie tasted as expected. Very clean.

I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafes all the time. First time at this location. I ordered a blueberry bliss, and it was the worst smoothie I ever had. Totally bland, tasteless, and too icy. What a disappointment.

Drive thru isn’t the friendliest depending who is there. They take pretty long, HOWEVER, the food is always great. One of my favorite places to go for a quick healthy meal after work.

Object in food - ordered no bacon/pork. They will sneak pork into your food. They added pork anyway. I tried to have the problem corrected several times and was completely ignored each time. They do not answer the phone. There is no customer service contact.

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie and when I came to visit the beach I was highly disappointed in this place. There was one employee who was extremely rude. She had an attitude and did not greet me. I ask for a flatbread with no bacon and 2 wraps with no tomato and they completely ignored those requests and added both bacon and tomato. Smoothies were fine but the food and customer service was not good what so ever
