We were very excited about trying this restaurant. However, once the bill came we discovered that the menu pricing verses the check price was different. The ribeye on the menu was $36 but the price charged was $40. When questioned the waiter stated it was for prime cut. Ok, reasonable but not disclosed. Our friends ordered the same thing , but also the special of the meatloaf which was verbally said to be $25 and we were charged $27. And there is an automatic gratuity added to your final bill. Card charge of 4% and then we heard him ( the only waiter working the room) tell the table next to us that the meatloaf was also the $25. We (both couples) will not be back after spending $127.85 for our bill for two and almost the same amount was spent by the other couple we were with. Very deceptive.

I would give them 10⭐️s if I could. This is by far a Locals’ favorite spot. A hidden gem! The food is always appealing & delicious! The staff takes good care of your needs! The view! Wow! Million dollar view! I have eaten here on several occasions and have been a part of multiple private parties. It’s always a fun atmosphere with excellent food & service. I wanted to do a surprise happy hour celebration here for my BFs birthday. One sit down chat with Jenny Jo (the owner) and the rest was taken care of! She decorated so nicely and took such good care of us! You will always see her moving around in her cute cowgirl hat making sure everyone and everything are okay. She puts so much heart in to everything she does! Such a great place!! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

We went in for happy hour. It was very reasonable and the food was great! I had ribs and 2 side dishes( a salad and cheesy grits) I could only eat half! My husband had a generous portion of chicken fingers at happy hour prices.

We Sayed at the sands really nice place,end unit so we went and tried out Twisted restaurant down on the 1 st floor, it was really good. We enjoyed it ,we had the 15 oz ribeye very delicious, salmon and also the pork chops, everything was good. Probably be back in the future.

the staff just blatantly ignores you if you aren’t at the bar, we stood there waiting for staff or to be told to sit for 20 minutes and went up to the bar to ask and was still ignored by the bartender who made clear eye contact with us

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in North Myrtle Beach!

Twisted Restaurant is an absolute must-stop if you're in the North Myrtle Beach area. The food is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor—every dish I’ve had has been spot-on. On top of that, the prices are more than fair for the quality you're getting.

What truly sets this place apart, though, are the owners. They’re some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll meet, and it shows in every part of the experience—from the warm welcome to the careful attention to each plate. You can feel the pride they take in what they do, and it makes all the difference.

We really enjoyed the calamari, shrimp fettuccine and shrimp-grits. They didn't CAP when they said the grits wasn't gritty and Nothing needed extra seasoning. We will be back soon!
