Wow! Wow! Wow!What a nice little surprise!Hands down best Italian in South Carolina period.Service was excellent, food was unbelievable and a lovely man named Mike playing the Accordion was a fun entertainer. You can tell this place is family owned and a true staple in town. The owner came by our table to say hello and we felt like we knew her forever. She was warm, friendly and everyone who worked there took good care of us like we were dining like family. My kids were so impressed they said"Mom, everything that is coming out is delicious."They devoured all the dishes! We ordered Clams for apps and boy were they amazing! Must order 2 if you plan to share!!House salad dressing was delicious, bread was so good I had to tell kids stop eating to save their appetite for the mains.Fyi- Bread, soup and salad is on the house comes with meals. They are very generous and the meal portions are no joke! My husband had the special Blue Crab Ravioli with Seared Scallops, I ordered Fruitti Di Mare with a Diavolo Sauce with homemade linguini(Not on the menu) and Classic Spaghetti with Meatballs, all fabulous! Seafood was so unbelievably fresh! Clams were from Bulls Bay, Awendaw and the Mussels were from PEI! Everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. This Place blew us away and can't wait to come back this summer! As a Chef myself, I would give it 10 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was excellent. Built my own meal - angel hair pasta & shrimp with vodka sauce. My husband had the combination Parmesan special. Our server Hayley was attentive.

This is the worst, nasty horrible food. And the service sux. I will never go back and DON'T Recommend. We both took a couple bites paid and left the food. It's not worth the money at all. And the ppl are very rude ?

Atmosphere was like a stripmall restaurant. Not the best italian in myrtle.Prices are too expemsive for the quality of the food.Shrimp in spaghetti was slightly overcooked. Not much pop wnen you chomp them.Too much oil in the house salad dressing ( vinegar and oil) would prefer red wine vinegar to 2-1 ratio of olive oil. Chilled rw vinegar. Also no chicken marcella on the menu. Dissapointed.

Was in Myrtle with a group of 8 guys for a bachelor party, we wanted Italian and made a reservation from the golf course the day before. Once I saw they make their own homemade pasta, I knew we were in the right place. The food was all made fresh in-house and was incredible. All 8 of us loved our meals and voted it the best meal of the trip. The service was great, the portions were filling, and the menu was awesome. I had the veal stuffed with ham and cheese, and it was the best veal I ever had. Definitely get any of the veal dishes, you won't regret it. The wine list was also really impressive. Will definitely be back my next trip to Myrtle.

A friend recommended this restaurant, and I was not disappointed. Excellent Italian food. I asked to make my ravioli fra Diablo and that was no problem. My soon to be wife said her dish was the best she had ever eaten. Highly recommend.

The shrimp cocktail was small shrimp,The soup was NOT stracciatelle, it was some kind of broth with a touch of tomato sauce. The ice tea was the worst of my life, my Son thought that it might be the water or ice cubes. The Veal Saltimbocca my wife thought it was sour, I just felt that it was just dosed with a tremendous amount of white wine, we sent it back and they took it off my check. It was tough and my wife couldn't even cut it.The Seafood pescatore was the only good thing. The Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken my Son has was fair at best.My Mother in Law had The Gnocchi Alfredo Style was fair and a little hard.I am in the hospitality industry at a very high level, I NEVER complain and almost always make compliments. How does an Italian restaurant not have Calamari as an appetizer or baked clams. The desserts were not fresh! The Server Zach was awesome and so was the support staff!Mike the accordion player made our night, because my Mother in Law celebrated her 99th birthday ? and boy was the food disappointing!I will never go back! I am sorry!

The service was great. Hailey, our server, was attentive and kept coming by to make sure our dining experience was top-notch. We originally ordered the Veal Ceasar but were not impressed and then ordered the Veal Saltibocca, which was phenomenal. The special of the night, the stuffed crab meat raviolis with scallops and shrimp, was also very good.Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience at Villa Romana and strongly recommend it.

I just wanted to share my experience tonight from the front door to the waiter to the manager to the service to the food. Everything exceeded my expectations. My families been here for years and I’ve never step foot in this place. Quality, everything above and beyond Michael my waiter was fabulous. I took my little eight year old here tonight and I felt so special and taken care of.Parking: 50-75
