This place wasn't first on my list. We pull into the parking lot and there were just a couple cars, confused we walked in. Completely empty besides for one couple. We sat down at a fairly large table with nice white tablecloths. Our waiter Brandon came over very nice and welcoming. Offering advice for drinks and food. The appetizers we got were scrumptious. Perfect flavor and portion. Not to mention the free bread you get -it's addicting- perfect salt amount. The entries were unbelievable. I highly recommend the chicken Alfredo. Overall this place is one of my favorites! I would for sure go back!

My wife, daughter and I went here for Valentine's Day. The place was insanely busy, but our food was still delicious. The Parmesan crusted scallop appetizer was amazing. Our server, Shannon, was completely slammed by two big parties, but he sincerely apologized for any delays. We weren't in a rush anyways. His sincerity is the reason we'll come back here. My friend and I were looking forward to a nice dinner, and Vine Bistro surpassed our expectations. We loved the scallop appetizer, and both of our entrees were delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Wow! What a awesome surprise! We have been by Vine's so many times...we finally stopped in. Its the best Italian restaurant we have experienced in Myrtle Beach! The menu and food is just out of this world...so tasty! So perfectly prepared! Shannon took care of us - he was so attentive, just perfect. A true Italian Bistro - full selection of pasta, meat, chicken, veal - I cut the chicken with a fork! We had dinner for two, appetizer, wine, with salad - $ 60.00 plus tip....that's incredible - they should charge more! I highly recommend an evening at Vine Bistro...nice setting, relaxing, remember to have a nice conversation with whom ever you go with - put your mobile phone away! Well done & thanks to the owners & team at Vine Bistro - we will be back with friends!

Went there New Year's Eve night 2019/20 as my husband Chris Wright and MARLISA were the Entertainment for that evening. I ordered dinner, chicken marsala and I must say, it was one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. Fresh, authentic and full of flavor. The warm bread was to die for. I will def be back and def will be bringing my mom the next time.
