Both waffles came out way overcooked, brought it to us anyways and asked if it was ok anyways. Lol. If you're paycheck or tip is off would it be okay anyways?? Had to ask for coffee refills because she couldn't see the empty mug on the end of the table.

Training staff not a problem but th cleaning up was kicking the pile under table out and wiping down table self . As many workers should have no refills or asked if we was okay.... guess growing up in waffle house and parents was GM and store manager I expected better.

Terrible customer service they can't ever get a order right the food wasn't cooked properly and none of our orders were correct the service took forever they didn't take our orders right away we sat there for like 30 minutes almost they're very discriminatory and don't like certain kinds of people I've seen them kick a homeless man out because he was homeless they also support and believe in throwing food out rather than giving it to those in need

I love coming here all the time to this specific location but last time I went, there was a legitimate roach in my hash browns. I kept the other item that I bought but I wanted new hashbrowns and never got them so I had to ask for new ones. We only got $3 off of our order for it. Waffle House has been ruined for me from that 1 bad experience.
