Placed a to go order for 3 basic items (Bacon, a waffle, and plan hashbrowns). 11 people that were seated after we ordered got their food before us, all with those same items. We waited 30 mins for those 3 basic items then one of the staff members made a passive aggressive comment after I complained.

These guys checked all the boxes this morning, from service, awesome food, and a clean/organized atmosphere. Breanna was my server. She said she was in training, but I could not tell. An awesome experience in every way. Breanna was so sweet and checked on me several times. I appreciate employees like her. She will definitely be a phenomenal additon to your Waffle House Team & Family. Thank you for making this visit to your 544 Surf Side Location extremely special.

We are so disappointed as we love coming to the Waffle House. We sat for 10 min waiting for someone to at least get our drink order. Keep in mind there were two tables, 4 waitresses and they were talking about $2.50. Someone finally approached just to ask if the sun was bothering us...I just said we were leaving. Someone missed out on a generous tip.

Its one of those places that brings down the quality of life in the whole neighborhood. The tables are always dirty, I've had staff tell me I had to wait until the next shift to order and they've had an abandoned car (Green Honds Pilot) with no license plate in their parking lot for months. There are definitely better Waffle House's in the area - I would avoid this one.

Walked in this guy said he couldn’t serve me it’s 6am breakfast time very rude guy he said he was leaving but still working and didn’t want to wash the dishes why is he working here,told me if I wanted to eat I would have to wait tell the next shift ,this is not the only time this guy has done this to me ,you need to fire him bad bussiness for the Waffle House

Food was top knotch and our server was perfect and had such a beautiful smile!
There's a lady who works there in the evening and she is amazing! African American, professional and kind with a huge smile! I wish I could remember her name but she has braids and worked 11pm shift. She was friendly and professional as well as fast. She talked to me and was a great listener. Now a days hard to find service like that anywhere! Thank you for listening about my family drama and serving me two cups of hot tea & w a smile! Life needs more people like her in this world.

I just wanted to say that I was in there the other day and a young boy was my server and he looked a little confused at first with my complicated order after he repeated it to me to make sure he Heard me correctly he proceeded to go and call it and normally I would send it back to get something fixed on it but NOT THIS TIME he got it right and when he brought it out he said (I never had anyone order anything like this) and started laughing we had a good time. Glad he was my server and will come back to hopefully get him (Wednesday abt 9:00am)

At approx 7am 6.8.25 we went to this WH to get some breakfast before work. We go to WH at least twice a week and our local one over on Kings Hwy by the airport is always spot on. Tried this one out of convenience but when we tried ti find a table they all seemed dirty. The counter was all dirty. The tables maybe were quickly wiped but there was food in the seats, hash browns clinging to the side and cup rings. So we stood and stood waiting for someone to clean a table. The lone waitress seemed busy with 3 other tables and said she had a call in to do. Then a one of the ladies of three from the griddle area came over and asked if there was a problem and we replied that the tables were all dirty. He reply was ‘Well we are a 24/7 place and do the best we can!’
The place was not overly clean and it pains me since I visit WH about 125 times a year but I would put the Do not stop on this one. Maybe it’s a 24/7 issue and they need to close several hours a day to clean? Maybe it’s the staff? Sad :-(
