An hour and a half waiting 🙄 and they didn't bring us the drinks until after the meal. And my parents never arrived, but they were charging us for them. In my opinion, very bad service, first time and last time I come to this Waffle house.

Shiii I waited 1 hr to get my food bru type shii but like we order the stuff and Allat but like waiting 1 HOUR?! come on dawg I'm hungry asl, waited 1 HOUR for drinks dawg, like what😭🙏🏼 and the orders were incomplete and allat type shii, and to stack some more shii on top that mf was COLD AS AS HELL bru like come on, this in NOT Antarctica 💀🙏🏼 and they barely give any food to make my shii full bru like🤦. So like in overall it was terrible asl, type shii💀💀

Bad service, because We waited for an hour and they didn't bring us what we ordered and they didn't bring my mom what she asked for and they brought our drinks last when we had already finished our meal, and we paid with a 100 dollar bill, and they gave us a torn 20 dollar bill.

Stacey the general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, she threaten to call cops on a customer who was quietly sitting with their family and ordering food. Assuming he was trespassed the gentleman was very polite and said he had been there a dozen times and had no issue leaving. She continued too make a scene in front of a busy store. Saying she was the GM and can do what she wants. That he can complain to corporate. 2 other tables got up and left due too her over reaction siding with the gentleman saying that Stacey was making them uncomfortable and she was acting entitled like she OWNED the location. It seems she had a personal vendetta against the gentleman. Little did she know as a local tour guide I was there watching and recording video of her outburst. And will help contact corporate on his behalf. To alert them too this terrible general managers action.
