Wahlburgers

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Food was very good, restaurant was not busy, got a table quickly. However, our server was totally inattentive, not just to us, but other customers as well. Asked for unsweetened Ice Tea. When he brought it, I asked if they had sweetener. Waited at least 10-15 minutes. He walked past and told me food would be up soon. At that point, I again requested sweetener. Food came and finally the sweetener. Never came back to see if anything else was needed or how our food was. He passed by, we asked for the check. Waited again & he finally walked by, again saying nothing, dropped the check on the table without muttering a word. He got away before I could ask if I paid him or up front. Waiting, waiting, I finally walked up to the hostess area and inquired how to pay my check ? They told me the server would take the payment. Waited at least 10 minutes after I gave him my card to pay. Guess what Tyler; you are in the wrong job ! Of course, I tipped accordingly. Zero. In my 71 years, I have never not left a tip, some more than 20% few times less, but never zero. Our entire interaction with him he might have said 7 to 10 words. Never had a server anywhere that inattentive. Won’t go back to this location.

OMG..... we had the sampler, with chicken sandwich, burger and meatball sandwich, with the string onion fries, my goodness the food was GREAT and I normally don't even like meatballs. We were so tempted to order more onion strings but didn't want to be too full...

Slow waitress. $27 for 3 milkshakes and 1 soda! We left after that. Too expensive for burgers and shakes in the off season.

Burger was definitely the star of the show. Fries were served cold. Would have loved a milk shake before we left but server was very anxious to give is our check even though there was clearly more room for more customers. Didn't like feeling pushed out.

This is simply wow. Came here 10/26/24 and ordered the super melt and bacon mac&cheese. This burger was easily a top 10, very big, extremely tasty and insanely fresh i couldn't believe it. The mac was pretty good too if I were to change anything about it I would make the cheese a bit more flavorful personally. Our server was Andrew and was beyond helpful. The quality/portion far exceeds the dollar ratio, I paid 14 and change for a burger i easily would've paid 20 for. Worth noting that everything is a la carte so just know unless you order a side separate, you will NOT get it with your burger. Please check this place out. Outstanding 4.8 out of 5

Waitress Drew was amazing! Considerate, sweet, knowledgeable and just all around the best person. Would go back just to see her!
Food was acceptable. We had the fish sandwich.
