The guy in front of us in line was being very rude to several different associates over a very insignificant mixup. They all treated him respectfully and handled the situation gracefully, even though he didn't reciprocate that kindness.

Do not stop here. They are ALWAYS slow(20+ minutes for three cars last time I was there), they are ALWAYS out of a major part of their menu (apparently BOTH of their drink machines were broken this time), and the employees are always short with you and blasè or ignorant.

This used to be my go-to Wendy's. Not anymore. I had a grumpy staff before but chalked it up to bad day. Then, the food. I love the Wendy's hamburger for its fresh toppings. Not today. Their was barely a smidgeon of lettuce, a little onion and ketchup but not much else. It looked like a McD burger. Yuck! I know they were out of lettuce before but surely corporate has fixed their supply issues. Their coke machine was also out of order. Even the french fries were cold, sad and limpy. I expect a certain standard when going to Wendy's. This place failed miserably.

I made an order through Uber eats, which I did not receive the burgers with the ingredients I indicated, additionally potatoes and nuggets were missing.. one of the burgers did not come with vegetables as indicated on the bill as well as the other.. I like Wendys but I don’t think I will order more here again.

Order on the website and went in to get it and door was locked. Waited 15 minutes behind one car to let them know i was picking up, then had to pull up to wait for the food. I waited 30 minutes. Then she came to the door and I had to get out of my car to get my food from her. She said they only had 2 employees scheduled. Something needs to be done here. This isn't the first time I've had this type of experience here.

I went in today to get some Frostys, and I stood at the register waiting for what seemed like 10 minutes. The workers stood there on their phones, glancing up at me every now and then. So, finally, after it seemed like no one was going to help me, I left. I will never come back here again. Also, the entire restaurant was dirty, and the floor was sticky. I am fairly certain that this restaurant is NOT up to code in terms of food and health regulations.
