extremely terrible service rude people can't even finish saying what you want to eat without being interrupted 20 times food is always nasty and never right of people would be able to complete what they're saying there's more of a possibility it'd be right

So ME & My ENTIRE FAMILY ate here yesterday& the only thing we’ve been able to eat since & all of us have had the RUNS & SOUR BURPS since 6 yesterday after eating from here . Most likely have to visit the ER to be sure none of us have food poisoning or anything else . It’s obvious the food was not prepared properly or undercooked that made all of us sick . Will be contacting corporate !!!

Extremely filthy. Don't use the dining room soda machine, it's really moldy. Both restrooms were disgusting. Tile walls in dining room filthy. Whole place needs a good pressure washing w bleach inside.

Waited in line at the empty drive through. Eventually went to the window and was greeted with nasty customer service. “ Sam “ who felt it reasonable to have an attitude. She explained she was cleaning the grease as the others stood and watched our exchange silently. Passed well over a hundred restaurants to get to Wendy’s. If you’re in the area def stop anywhere before you arrive here. Not worth the argument or wait to feed your family.

My husband went through the drive through and ordered a 6 piece nugget and chili. Simple he got home and discovered a burger in the bag not nuggets. He called back and was hung up on while explaining what happened after calling back the guy said alright thanks and hung up again. I work in food service and would never treat someone like that. Worst customer service we have ever experienced. This is not how you treat customers spending their money at ANY PLACE. Will not be returning.

We went through drive thru. The woman wearing the head set is very rude! Finally when I got my orders I specifically asked if there was a spoon for hubby's frosty? All stuff in bag she said! No spoon for the frosty!! Best just happened 30 minutes ago I should have turned around the damn ice cream was melted. I've been here 30 years I'm very disappointed and aggravated shame on you Wendy's

When To this Location while on vacation, we waited for 15 minutes to be served when the store was empty even though they would help people who came in after us, and when taking our order the guy was incredibly rude and constantly talking bad about us. When we received the food we were missing a drink cup so when I asked for it he scoffed and continued to talk bad about us loudly to his staff when we had been nothing but understanding and kind. This place needs lessons on customer service

Without a doubt the worst Wendy's in Myrtle Beach. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one took my order. The manager came out in a huff, took the till out of the front register and left after mumbling about no one to work the front. So I figured I'd go thru the drive in. drove around and a young guy was leaning on his door and said he'd been waiting for 10 minutes. Got mad and went inside and asked if anyone was taking orders. Only the two guys cooking were there, and he mumbled something about the register. All the other employees were sitting or standing around a table do nothing. I just left. Lazy do nothing employees with a lazy do nothing manager....

GO TO ANY OTHER WENDYS.
ordered Cheese Baked Potato, got zero cheese, zero sour cream and zero butter.

Ordered cinnabon pull apart with extra icing and received ZERO ICING, just a piece of bread.

Ordered regular 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets received a mix of spicy and regular nuggets??

Im not one to complain ever but this is insane, if you dont have it then REFUND IT.

The food was good, a little sloppily smashed together but tasted good! Love the Dave's Lemonade, always a favorite. The biggest downfall of this location is that the girls behind the counter act like having to help/serve customers is such an annoyance. No effort at being friendly, courteous, or at all personable. They just stood around while tables were left filthy and the sweet tea was empty. We have eaten here before and had better service, but more often than not we're met with people who don't seem to even want to be there.
