I’ve eaten at this wendys a few times. I’ve had good experiences but sadly a few bad experiences. One night I was about to enter the drive thru but an employee was standing in thr middle do the lane and with no explanation said it was closed. But it was 8:30 at night and their website says they close at 3:00 am.
I just ordered a grubhub from this wendys and I did not get part of my order. No explanation as to why. I really wanted that baked potato. Grubhub refunded me but I just think others should know about this location.

Walked in on a Monday night at 5pm. Start of dinner rush. Store should be cleaned and ready. Disgusting. Food everywhere and dirty walls. 2 people behind counter. Both hid and played on their phones. I walked out. Anthony Wilson you should be ashamed to put your name on the door as manager.

I love this Wendy's! The staff is friendly and efficient.
Though, since it's located in the middle of Downtown Myrtle Beach, whoever owns it, NEEDS to remodel desperately.
This location has not been updated since the 1980's at least.
So, to whoever owns this location, please remodel.

Worst Wendy’s in the world. They they got my order wrong, and this is the second time I went there where it appears as though the owners are trying to skimp on things. The $1 soda special that they have going right now on tasted like carbonated water with food coloring. I ordered a Diet Coke and it did not taste anything like a Diet Coke. Buyer beware. Do not waste your money. I ended up throwing out everything I ordered. They gave me a dry bun and dry burger. Very disappointed
Food was cold for the second time I went there the fries was so cold and my burger was cold too plz don't go there if u can find another Wendy's go there 11/2/2024 6:30pm

Drive thru was extremely slow. I ordered thru the app and still had to park and wait 10minutes for the order. Which my husband had to go inside and get. There was also 3 different people talking on the headset. 0 organization. I wish I could give 0 stars
