Good food for Wendy's. Coke drink machine works great. Some dont keep their drink machines calibrated, but this one was great. The dining room carpet needs replaced. Tiles missing on the tile floor. It feels dark and dirty even though its all windows.

Waited in line to order for over 25 minutes just to wait an extra 20 minutes at the mobile pick up to bring us our order. All we ordered was 20 piece nuggs, 2 large fries, baconator and 3 junior frosties.

We went to order food on the scooter at the food truck stop (12:00 p.m.) and they didn't answer us. We went to the window and they pretended not to see us. We went back to ask and no one answered. They saw us and started doing other things. I said hello three times, but they didn't answer. We left the store, and everyone else appeared. Terrible service.

No lettuce Ordered spicy chicken nuggets got three regular. That was a great surprise and fries were cold. Haven’t tried the sandwich but I’m pretty sure I don’t need to. It was more important to encourage the employee then worry about customer service Great customer service

Wendy's is always a good food choice and the menu is expanded with new items. The app offers great deals. I use the drive thru so I don't go inside. Service can be spotty but it's fast food, can't expect a lot.

Worst Wendy's I've ever seen. Before I comment on the building let me briefly comment on the food. We dined in. The burgers were done too fast and were overcooked too much to have been fresh cooked after ordering. The fries were cold and tasted stale. To the credit of the staff they did replace all fries with fresh hot ones after I complained. Never had a Wendy's burger that tasted and appeared like it had been cooked and just heated back up again. The building needs to be redone from top to bottom. One area of the dining room was roped off with ceiling panels missing and a trash cans sitting under the area with missing panels. The carpet was old, filthy, smelly, and way past it's lifespan. The exterior of the building was worn and battered as well. Never seen a Wendy's that looked like this one or had food from a Wendy's that was so unlike what I'm accustomed to at pretty much any Wendy's. Never coming back to this one.

Worst service ever, food was cold and burnt, worker named alex insulting every one and threatened to put a bullet in my friends head. Do NOT recommend. I got a hello from a very nice work so thats why this only gets one star.

It’s sad because we’re regulars. At first this place was great, but as of lately the food has been sloppy, nobody greets you when you walk in, you have to wait to even be acknowledged, & everyone just gives you dirty looks. It gives the vibe that everyone’s miserable, unfriendly, & it’s a drag to be helped. Being a regular? My days of coming to this location are over & I pray things get better!
