Food was hot and fresh. Seating area is filthy! Carpets are sticky, chairs are ripped and damaged, wall have surface holes, ripped wallpaper

I came to pick up a DoorDash and the employee had so much attitude she should’ve stayed home. Rude to a disabled man and smarted off to me for helping him while other employees walk around and drop the “F” word without hesitation! The girl that was on the counter will run you out of business never mind anyone else. I have been waiting on my DoorDash order 15 min and none of them seem to care. Is this the Wendy’s way?

My potato before I even took a bite it was hard and barely any potato in it. Tasted like they baked it for 12 hours. We live on the same street and this is always a late night lazy option. Most of the time our last option. I wouldn’t recommend.

I am local and didn’t go to this Wendy’s for the longest time because it was absolutely terrible. They would be randomly closed during breakfast hours but would clearly be inside and drive thru speaker would leave you hanging plus they were always out of everything . I was desperate and went last week and noticed service and food was a lot better. I went again today and it again was great service and food. There was a new manager at the window seems he is trying to turn the place around and seems he is doing a good job. I am so happy we love Wendy’s.

I love Wendy’s but this place was awful. Staff was to busy with horseplay to help the customers. Told staff that the drink machine was not working properly and was told they didn’t know how to fix it.
Saw workers handling food with no gloves. Manager could not be found.

Food is decent sometime. Customer service has taken a deep dive and has been absolutely horrible the last few times I went. The fact they aren’t even open for breakfast but answer the drive thru answers and then leaves you hanging and just look at you through the window is the dumbest business model I’ve ever heard of. Shut this location down already it’s always nasty inside and the customer service sucks. It’s honestly bringing all the other Wendy’s down.

. Food was the most fresh I have ever got it. Came through for breakfast on 10/5 and Tryphine in the drive thru was so sweet!!!!

Worse Wendy’s I have ever visited. Starting with the drive thru experience. The cashier’s appearance was dirty, his pants was below his butt exposing his filthy underwear. His entire appearance was 0 stars. The food was disgusting and was discarded..wasted $20!!!!!
