Went to this location to get the advertised Salted Caramel Frosty and the Machine was broken yet they still had chocolate! Lady test this time we tried repeatedly to buy the peppermint frosty but was given an excuse every time and never got one! This Wendy’s owner is extremely slack. Stop advertising things you don’t have. Take down the Signs!

I normally try not to complain cause it's food I didn't have to make, but y'all forgot my nuggets for my biggie bag and I asked for one of my burgers to be ketchup only and it included everything it usually would. I do appreciate y'all getting everything else right though
Wendy's has been a shell of a company since Dave passed. They have spiraled into poor product, lack luster service and inconsistent franchise delivery. I try once a year in hopes for change but I am disappointed each and every time no matter the location. Sad to watch what I once loved dying a slow death.

I ordered a Cobb salad to go ask the girl what dressings she gave me she said ranch. When I got home there was no dressing no fork. I could not eat the salad without dressing period I wasted my money

We went in and apparently you have to order on the computer. Well the computer wasn’t working so I told someone and I was rudely told “I know I just need a minute “. It’s in a gas station and was not busy at all. We walked out after some time of waiting for him to collect himself.

Janet will you please help the dude with the register? After standing in line for breakfast for (we walked in at 10:02 and got back in the car with no food at 10:17) what around 15 minutes we learned Janet’s name because the guy trying to take our order called it out 10 time or more and you walked over once and looked and said “it will be fine”. But it wasn’t fine Janet. The guy waiting behind wasn’t fine either because when it finally started working and we began ordering breakfast you called from the back “we are now doing lunch”. Then we all walked out. Thanks for nothing Janet. Oh and by the way, why did you get the young man in trouble by taking $35 out of his drawer yesterday?
