Drive thru unavailable, I watched them drop the fries that were already cooked in the oil again to reheat. 15 min wait for one order. Always takes forever.
25 minutes to get 3 breakfast sandwiches. Manager belittling employees and nasty to customers

Ordered two fountain drinks and a frosty through the app. That’s it. Not a full catering order. Still waited over 20 minutes. When we asked (nicely!) what was going on, we got attitude instead of answers. Sure, it was “kinda” busy, but not 20-minutes-for-a-cup-of-soda busy. If you’re looking to test your patience and get side-eyed for daring to ask about your order, this is the place for you.

Service was terrible ordered sweet tea, received unsweet tea. Drink machine was not restocked so couldn't get refill or get sweet tea. Asked for sweet tea the woman said there was none even though the app said was available. Then I asked for ice and she was very rude like she was inconvenienced by me asking her to do her job. Also had water or something on floor just by the drink machine and no napkins. Terrible experience.

Slowest Wendy’s EVERRRR
This is by far the worst Wendy's I have visited. The staff works at a very self-comfortable pace, ignoring the long line waiting for pickup and order in the store. The staff is under trained that they don't know what the company policy is about the key tag and the frosty. With what happened, it is not a surprise to find out that my food sat long on a non-warming shelf and tasted awful in the end. Oh, they made my burger wrong. Besides, I feel the whole team did not have ANY knowledge about customer service. I informed the store manager that I was in the store to pick up my mobile order and she just ignored me. Not recommended and very unsatisfied.

The fries were horrible yet they were suppose to be freshly cooked and the mayonnaise made the meat taste like it was spoiled. $35 and the majority of it was thrown in the trash. Never again!

They couldn’t even get a simple order of two kids meal cheeseburgers with extra pickles and a triple baconator correct. We got two kids meals. cheeseburgers, plain, no pickles and a Dave’s triple. They also had no coins on site to give change so you have to pay over your order or by card.
