On 12/28/24, around 9 PM, we decided to try this restaurant based on its ratings, reviews, and menu. When we walked in, no one greeted us, and it wasn’t clear whether we should wait to be seated or seat ourselves. Eventually, we seated ourselves. There was a young woman working the bar and a male waiter, who ended up being our server.
The Sprite and Ginger Ale we ordered had too much syrup, but that wasn’t a major issue. The real problem was with our server, whose name I don’t recall. At one point, a couple came in with a dog, and the server went over to pet it. While this wouldn’t have been a big deal if he had washed his hands afterward, he didn’t. Instead, he went on to change the liquor spouts, handling them with his unwashed hands. After that, he went to the kitchen and brought out our mozzarella sticks—still without washing his hands.
We called him back to cancel our entrée orders and politely explained the reason for the cancellation. He seemed shocked and confused by our feedback. However, we found it extremely unsanitary for him to touch an animal and then handle food and drink items without washing his hands. Unfortunately, this experience means we will not be returning to Wise Guys.

Good food reasonable prices and great service. I had an American smash burger and it was delicious. French fries were crispy and portion was more than enough. They have a diverse menu with a little bit of everything.

Cute place for a quick lunch during the Steeler game while we were on vacation. Try the mozzarella sticks - you will not be disappointed!
Nicole was great. She was the bartender and she loves people and conversation. I order a burger the night before that my son brought to our room. Therefore I had to go back because it was FABULOUS!!!!

We were staying at a near by hotel. We cane here for Sunday night football! Everyone was super friendly! It did get busy but the people there were a vibe and I was there for it! Food was excellent! Staff were excellent! I would most definitely come here again!

Took my mother to Wise guys for dinner last night. She had heard that they had amazing bang bang shrimp And I had to try that glazed donut Smashburger. The food was awesome. The beer was ice cold and Mom enjoyed her Tito‘s and tonic as always🤣 They had all the football games on including a sports ticker across the bottom, which was very cool. Overall gave a mobster/sports bar feel , which worked very well together. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Even got to meet the owners Phil and Laura who both had checked to make sure we were doing ok. That’s how you do it!
