The owner is an amazing baker and stellar human being. She really takes time to tell you about her offerings of the day. The quality of her work is superior. Expect that you may have to wait to get in but it's well worth it. The news is out on this hidden jewel in Market Commons. She sold out the last time I was there!

This is my favorite gluten free bakery in the world! Yes; I have been to many in and out of the US and I always make my way back to this specific bakery every time I am in town because it is the absolute best! It gives me the hometown vibes I crave and the owner is a gem! Everything tastes absolutely delicious! Excited to continue to visit why I can!

This is one of our family's highlights when we come to the beach. We have 2 with allergies consisting of Gluten, dairy, and eggs- doesn't lend itself to finding a baker very easily if at all. We stumbled onto You Eat, I Bake and as a mom, I have never been more appreciative than I am to Nicole. Each time my girls walk into her Bakery, we know they can pick what they want with confidence they won't get sick from the ingredients or cross contamination. Since finding this gem, Nicole has seen us through birthdays, holidays, Bachelorette parties, and even my daughter's wedding cake in a different state!We all have our favorite desserts throughout the year, but if you come during the Summer, the peach cobbler or peach with blueberry cobbler is absolutely AMAZING!!The inventory Nicole offers is always fresh and she only stays open until that day's inventory is sold out. My kids can hardly get to school on time, but by golly, they can be up and at the door when Nicole flips her sign to Open no matter what day it is!Dietary restrictions: Because Nicole makes everything in house and sources her ingredients from local farms, you can purchase with confidence. Knowing that what she tells you about each item is 100% accurate!

I've been meaning to write this review since I met the owner and tried her delicious treats. It's a beautiful shop in market commons and I love how knowledgeable she is about individual allergies. It's rare you stumble upon a shop that the owner is there to guide you. Highly recommend and upset at myself that I haven't made it back.

Nicole created an awesome cake for my son's birthday. All he asked for was "a cake with tractors" and she nailed it. So happy with it! We got an assortment of goodies when we picked up the cake and everything was so delicious!

This bakery is 100% gluten and nut free! THANK YOU!! I highly recommend the bundt cake with chocolate ganache. It was VERY GOOD. The carrot and caramel cupcakes were good.It is a VERY SMALL establishment so they only allow one group in at a time. I appreciated this because the employee was fully focused on serving us and answering all our questions. In this era of CoVid it was nice not to have to worry about social distancing while inside.The prices were VERY REASONABLE! We had 5 items in our group and it was less than $20. Very good for the "beach pricing" and being VEGAN!The only negative is they didn't have a restroom. Thankfully the lovely lady at a neighboring business allowed me to use their facilities. I won't include her business so that she isn't inundated with bathroom requests ;)
