Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We just spent 50 dollars on take out dinner at this location and got home to eat supper my coleslaw taste like straight chemicals worst experience I've ever had this location they've been know to mess up our order from time to time but I've never had anything this horrible

I need to say this. My first time was amazing which made me want to come back. Today 1/10/2026 Hayle and Mason were AMAZING!!! Best service I've had in years at a fast food restaurant in years!!!

If you're thinking about going, don't think anymore just go!!! And if you're lucky you make it waited on by Hayle or Mason 😁

We are here on vacation and went to this Zaxby's for lunch today and I've got to say that the manager and her entire staff were so amazing. The food was hot and fresh. Best chicken tenders I've had in a very long time. My favorite though was the fresh iced tea and Choco cookies. OMG delicious!

Ordered food total was 27.87 handed cash and was told they don't have change. The change due back would have been 22.13. It's Christmas shopping time and places should be equipped to give change back I would have taken two tens it didn't have to be a twenty. Or have a sign up so people don't waste their time waiting to be told no.

Wonderful staff and phenomenal food

Don't get the traditional bone in wings. They are very tiny and not worth the price!! Small as your pinky finger. The manager was nice and remade my order but they were still small. I think Zaxby's should stick to chicken tenders.

Placed a mobile order pulled up waited just a few minutes and had our food out to us hot. We got the wings n things which comes with fries, wings 6 I believe and 3 tenders and toast. A Cobb salad which was amazing really hit the spot missed my toast but no worries i stole my husbands 😁. Chicken sandwich and fries. As well as the loaded fries. Everyone ate all their food in my family that is a win 🤣 also got a birthday cake milkshake. I was told it was a 10 outta 10. Great customer service. Hot delicious food who could ask for more. Keep up the great work yall!!

I have gave this Zaxby’s chance after chance. Every time we go something is wrong or missing. Ordered a sweet tea multiple times and it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll be sweet. You ask for extra ice, they give none. Ask for extra seasoning, you get little to none. I got a wings & things - tongue torch no sauce, hard as a rock. I really want this place to get it together, it’s always one or two people up front struggling they need help. Long waits at the drive thru. Just please get this location help.

When you stop to get take out for the family , And you come home and the food is not edible , I should have known when I ordered 3 five finger plates, And no cars in front of me and as soon as I pull up to the window they hand me the food . The chicken fingers were like chewing on beef jerky the fries were cold the toast was like a soggy piece of bread , the only edible food was the coleslaw . Over $40 dollars spent . DO BETTER!
