Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

When you stop to get take out for the family , And you come home and the food is not edible , I should have known when I ordered 3 five finger plates, And no cars in front of me and as soon as I pull up to the window they hand me the food . The chicken fingers were like chewing on beef jerky the fries were cold the toast was like a soggy piece of bread , the only edible food was the coleslaw . Over $40 dollars spent . DO BETTER!

Got served under cooked chicken super rubbery and won’t go back at all! Been sick ever since I took a few bites!

Placed an order to go on the app. Came to get it and they told me it was already picked up. I let her know that there was no one else that would pick up my order. Again, she argued that it was already picked up. I showed her my receipt and told her if someone picked it up then they gave my food, that I paid for, to the wrong people. She snapped that she wasn’t going to argue with me and to pull forward. I placed my order at 8:52. It is not 9:30 and I am still waiting for the food that I paid for. Seriously rude, seriously unprofessional, and seriously slow service.

Pull into a parking spot and wait for us? But I placed my order 10 minutes before arriving on an app ? And out of forks ? You serve me a container of chicken and sauce for me for $11 to eat with my hands ?

There is no reason it should always take over an hour just to order & receive food here. Along with the service being extremely slow, the workers are always rude and only ever put half of my food in the order. I stopped coming for over a year because of this issue, and I’ve been back 3 times since then and every time there has been no sign of improvement.

We had an issue with uber eats (as usual) and Melissa helped us resolve it. She handled the situation like a pro. Helped us resolve it when she could have just told us to take it up with uber. Thank you Melissa

Avoid this place at all costs. The service here has never changed and they have no desire to increase speed or care. Management clearly doesn’t pay its employees enough here because they cannot find decent help in any shape or form.
