Whenever I pull into this zaxby's in Carolina Forest, MB,SC I cringe if there are more than one car in the drive thru line. If it is I just pull off and have seen others pull off. . Anytime I have ever waited with more than one in line it is always 5 to 10 minutes per car. They will not take an order if the car at the window is not done. I got to the window and asked why is it such a long wait time and they said it's only two of us in here....Everytime? No it's not...I have seen more people in there and it was the same. Then they said we are on a timer at the window so we can't let people sit and wait. Sounds like Zaxby's needs to focus on customer service instead of a timer and hire more people...I work in a restaurant near by and understand the hiring process. If you can't keep help then you need to look at your management. The food is ALWAYS GOOD! But I'm sure it because they cook every order when it's ordered.
Worst ever, I ordered a zenzation salad , I was at work, so I had to call someone to pick it up. When I received it, it was a salad with egg , bacon and all kinds of things but not a zenzation, so I called right away to let them know, gave her the order number and she even looked it up, then tells me the only way they can fix it is if I come back up with the salad and they will give me a new one. I explained I could not leave work, and I had it brought to me. She said will bring it back tomm. Worst customer service, for 1. you wasted my gas, I did not get to eat anything, and then I have to go back again tomm. I will demand my money back. I will never eat at another zaxbys ever again.

Everything was super hot, delicious, and freshly made.The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I hate how they charge .25 for a sauce.. but that's the economy we live in now.

As many others note - super slow service . Don’t assume that with 1 customer inside and 2 cars in drive thru that you’ll get out of there in under 25 minutes. Food is good and people are nice.

So I placed order in the app and still had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Didn't get my dessert nor extra sauce that was paid for and didn't realize it until I made it back to work. No receiptSo I probably won't be going back, not during lunch.

App not working. Called the store and Blake said "good luck" as they don't take orders over the phone. We all had a good laugh as he was on speaker phone and it was humorous at that point, though we were starving. Too many options to worry about it but fyi.

Line was long but we decided to wait, and there was people in line even complaining, but our service at the speaker was outstanding and coming up to the window we realized there was one young lady named Angel working the drive through and doing the work of two and a half men. Great service by her and hopefully she gets some help in there soon

Why is the drive through so slow, I waited 15-20 minutes just to get to the speaker, when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order taken. I get to the window to pay and am asked to pull up, only to again wait another 10 minutes for my food to come out. The inside wasn’t busy and really never is, including me and the three cars that got told to pull forward there were only 6 cars in the entire lot. Could have sworn the drive through was intended to be convenient not take longer than if I went in and ordered and ate in the restaurant.
