Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Placed an order through Grubhub at 7:48PM. Waited and waited while the delivery ETA kept getting delayed over and over. Finally a driver was on his way and then at 9:20 the order was cancelled because of an “item shortage”….i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and French fries. Now, everywhere is closing soon and I can’t order food from anywhere. I will never attempt to order anything from this location again.

Worst fast food on the grand strand… drive throughs are supposed to be fast quick and easy… NEVER IS IT EASY OR FAST AT THIS LOCATION. People seem to hate working there and it shows in the quality of food. WAITED 15 mins the the drive through just to order!! It’s getting worse and frankly someone needs to do something.

I swear every single time I come to this location, it does not matter who is working my order is always messed up. And this isn’t a one or two time deal, it’s a MULIT YEAR DEAL. Literally every time I come it’s a complete train wreck of an experience. I ask them at the window if extra sauces that I pay for are in the bag and of course they never are. I either have to get out of the car and come in or take their word that they are in the bag and come to find out when I get home they are missing. The food is always cold, the drinks never taste like what they are suppose to bc you have the damn machine that has 3,007,082 drink combinations all in one. Zaxbys you suck! Do better!!

I’ve never left a review in my life but i think this is the worst food i have ever received before. Cheese was fresh out the refrigerator my chicken was also cold and hair was in my food. The lady at the front will make sure you ask for a fork before she gives you one. They remade my loaded fry and it looked like just a fry very disappointing…The lady at the front likes putting her hands all over your inside of your cups and to go boxes and if u want to use the bathroom you would be better off walking out to the woods.

The food in Zaxbys Murrells Inlet, which is only about 5-6 miles from each is MUCH better, WORTH. Fries were old and cold. Toast were burnt, and chicken tenders were barely fried. Very disappointed with experience.

After my husband, daughter, and I placed our order and paid we went to get our drinks out of the Coke machine. None of the drinks worked. We walked to the counter and asked the cashier if she could fill our drinks from the machine in the back. She told us they didn’t have any soft drinks. She said they only had tea. My husband and daughter do not drink tea. I got tea and it had soured.
My husband asked for To-Go trays, so we could take our meal home, since we didn’t have anything to drink with our meal.
During this time, I went to the restroom. The restroom was filthy.
I love Zaxby’s, but this is the last time I will ever go to 100 Strand Market Drive in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Stopped here on a road trip up the east coast as a familiar place to grab food and stay on the road. Drive thru was fast and efficient. My order was correct and the person taking orders easily answered questions.

they were very rude to my partner today, came through to get some drinks and they got order wrong then were very rude. made them feel like they were wrong just for existing in a zaxbys drive through. i understand stress from working in fast food, i used to work at taco bell, but people should not have to feel that way. not nice.

I found a nasty acrylic nail in my cobb salad. When I first got it looked fine, but when I was about to finish it, there it was! The employee said that they would refund the WHOLE meal for the experience but then didn't. And, the owner didn't even talk to us! So gross and disgusting. Never eating here again.

Place is filthy, kids vaping in building and riding in high chairs. We have ate at many Zaxby's in many different states and this was by far the worst.

Went inside to order, but got severely grossed out when your employee was biting on his fingers and then touching everything. Only ended up getting drinks. Incident happened Sunday evening.
