Good Cobb salad. I really like the Zensation salad. I hope it stays permanently! Great customer service yesterday from Mike at the front counter. Very friendly and customer oriented. Went above and beyond. Destiny is always extremely friendly too. Thank you!

The young men working the drive thru had really bad attitudes. They acted like they were irritated with 5 orders and their attitudes became worse once we told them our orders were wrong. The 5 piece wings were old and burnt so we had to send them back, we all had about 5 fries in the box with our combos, all of our toasts were burnt and not one meal had any sauce. When we got out the car to go back we were met with more attitudes as if we were the ones in the wrong. I just have never seen this type of customer service before at a zaxbys

I would give no stars if I could, I visit this location whenever I’m in the area and it is usually awesome, however, today the service was horrible, I ordered the bone-in wings and got old chicken and all dummies no flats at all. I asked for wet ones and they had none, and did not put any napkins in my bag! Asked for ketchup and did not receive any, when I walked in the young man was unapologetic and the young lady was dismissive. If the customer service remains like this the location won’t be open long. Very Disappointed! We spent $42 for bad service

If you're a delivery driver, stay away from this place. It's always abysmally slow. You got one woman who can barely walk, extremely slow, drops food all the time, one cook who looks like he just stands around in lala land, and the manager who seems to have no care in the world.

Wrong food given after very long wait. Seemed to be greatly understaffed for Fri evening. Friendly staff but very overwhelmed.

First time having zaxbys, and my last… omg this place here in 2100 Florence Harllee blvd is so depressing, cashier Latazia B got the best eye rolls. I do not recommend this place . It’s not pleasant. you want smiles and welcoming people Bucees is the place.

thomas is a terrible employee with a terrible attitude. i came in asking if i can get my online order and he said it would probably take awhile, but the whole time it was sitting on the counter behind him and he never checked. i had to ask someone else to check for me then immediately got my food lol
