3rd time I have received a thrown together sandwichAapparently, no one trains most of the sandwich, makers, or else they simply don’t care. Reubin is an expensive sandwich and yet it here comes often with almost no meat on one side, today there was almost no sauerkraut and the entire ensemble was totally cold indicating that it was never heated It’s not very practical to go back and complain when you’re halfway down the road Future customers good luck better than I had I hope. The sandwiches are thrown together with no concern for quality. Very disappointing.

I went through the drive through on the evening of 3/14/24. The order taker was very polite and well spoken. At the window the two young ladies who served us were very sweet and kind. Our food was hot and fresh.

Didn’t get a chance to taste food. It was empty when I arrived and a worker on break/off told crew they had a customer. Waited 5 minutes as the two women behind counter chatted away. Clean facility, but if you need fast food pass on this

10 minutes and never asked to take my order. I get short staff, but prioritize. Can't just focus on door dash and drive through. If thats the case, lock the door.
Ordered food from drive thru. The lady asked me to pull up, and someone would bring it out. I wait about 10 mins . I had to go inside. The order wasn't packed .the young lady did apologize.

The GM and other employees were fantastic today. We came in around 2:30pm, food was fresh and the restaurant was so clean. Bathrooms and light fixtures were clean. Staff was friendly and kind to the family and super helpful. We aren’t used to that at our Arby’s back home. These guys were worth the trip off the interstate for our Arby’s. I love cheessteaks! I was very excited about trying Arby's cheesesteak just to find it's chipped Arby's beef not steak. It felt like chipped beef in my mouth. Reminds me of baby food. Not impressed ?
