PATRON AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
They implement hidden fees, illegal fees and hidden auto gratuity all included in your total. They will then still ask for a tip. They illegally charge debit card users the business’ credit card interchange fees.. Ms. Dana White is rude and uncouth. I don’t know the man’s name but he is DISRESPECTFUL. He also threw something at me (which I’m sure is on camera). 0/10 do not recommend especially after to speaking to many others in the community...read full review
great service great food. Philly cheese steak 100% amazing
I was traveling on I26 and just happen to get off at this exit for gas. Saw the diner and went in. So glad I did what a great place to eat. Food was delicious and the service has always been great. We stop every time we are in the area.

Bill & Fran's Restaurant is a hidden gem just off I-26, offering excellent fried chicken at very reasonable prices. Regulars love the friendly staff and generous portions, with some praising their favorite waiter for attention to detail. The restaurant provides quick and friendly service, especially appreciated by those arriving last minute or after long drives. The cozy atmosphere could use an update, but that doesn't stop customers from making it a regular stop, especially with semi-truck parking nearby. The menu features classic southern diner fare, including the popular omelette and fried chicken. While some dishes, like hash browns, may be slightly overcooked, overall, the food is pretty good. Customers enjoy the variety, including breakfast all day, burgers, salads, and the local onion sausage. The staff's friendliness and the good value keep visitors coming back, making it a convenient and welcoming place for travelers and locals alike. However, some find the pricing high, with a Togo fee and extra charges for debit cards, and portion sizes like the grits may be small, which can be disappointing. Despite this, the restaurant's long-standing reputation for good food and service continues to attract many.
