Stopped here on a whim going back to TN from Columbia. Staff was super friendly and the food was excellent for the price. I got the fried chicken dinner which was fried perfectly. Not too greasy and just the right amount of crispy and very juicy! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

If you're into the "ambiance" of a Waffle House but would like better food and service, check out Bill & Fran's. Conveniently located in Newberry right off I-26, we stopped after our granddaughter's school function for breakfast. We received fast counter service. We split a tasty Meat Lovers Omelet with grits and biscuits, along with some great coffee. Sorry, started chowing down before taking a pic.
