Got 2 the drive though and it was AI that took my order, I got a Steak Biscuit Combo with a Sweet Tea. Got up 2 the window and the employees where talking 2 each other (Didn’t even say Hi or anything), went 2 go park in a parking spot 2 eat, I took everything out of the bag and it had nothing I had ordered inside. They had givin me a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Dirty Rice. How can u mess up someone’s order if there is literally no one in the drive thru. They need 2 stop talking 2 one other and focus on what’s being ordered. It was me and 1 other person in the drive thru, how can u mess that up.

Will never come back. I come here every Saturday morning to get my family breakfast and every time I leave here mad. They absolutely can not get a order correct. Every single time they short me on something. I always check my bag before I leave and always find they have shorted me and when I tell them they shorted me they are always rude. Today the drive-thru was super busy so I didn't sit in front of the window to check my order and when I pulled out the way and checked, of course they shorted me a burrito. Also all 3 orders or large bo rounds only had 4 bo rounds per container. I've had enough, you would think coming here every Saturday for the past 3 years that maybe just one time they would have employees competent enough to get a order right, but no they don't. Bojangles needs to do better with hiring employees that can complete simple entry level workforce tasks. My young children could do better than the employees there.

The absolute worst experience at a Bojangles to date. Ordered through the app 40 minutes in advance. Arrived and nothing was ready. Biscuit cutter claimed to be out of sausage, out of bacon. He’s the lead. Why are you out of the critical items. The MOD that is usually there was apparently off. I would need time off from these incompetent employees. The cashier was sincerely apologetic. She was the only one who had it together.

Cashier was not friendly.I ordered Boberry Biscuits. I paid for extra icing but there wasn't a lot of extra icing. I took my biscuits home and they word as hard as a rock. I could barely cut them with a knife. I went back to the restaurant and told them they were hard and I could not eat them. The cashier turned and threw them in the trash. I asked her if the replacements were fresh and she said yes. Could have fooled me. Very disappointed.
I'm not sure why people work at places they either dislike or why they have bad attitudes working with the public. However the food was hot and good!!!

You can afford AI but you can’t teach the employees how to count chicken? I ordered an 8 piece meal on my way home from work. Get home 30 min later to find that there was 6 pieces of chicken. I tried to call and of course no one will answer. What a complete joke. $35 for an incomplete meal. I won’t go back.
