Felt like I stepped back into the 90s with the way it was set up, old school system and the worker repeating my order to the mic which goes to the back. It was a busy Sunday which seemed like the local people were just getting out of church, we were just passing through on our way to myrtle beach. Workers were nice and food was good

The last two times I have ordered from this location, my family and others in linebhave waited over 1 hour for chicken. Last time, we witnessed an employee drop chicken on the floor and put it back into the customer’s food. This time, the manager cussed out a customer in the drive through for being impatient from waiting so long. The customer in front of me had been waiting an hour and 45 minutes for their food when I arrived. I made a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time and still waited over an hour for my food after arriving. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Make the drive to Chapin.

My husband went into the restaurant to order a supreme combo and two chicken legs, the rude man behind the register responds “You see what I have now!” In other words, he did not have any legs cooked and ready. My husband exited the restaurant because we do not pay for bad customer service! He could have simply said “Sir, we do not have any legs ready and there is a 10 minute wait on chicken.” However, clearly that man does not like his job and should not be interacting with customers. We ended up eating at KFC, where the customer service was much better.
