The best Bojangles I have ever been to. The dirty rice has the best flavor.
Went to the restaurant and was told that they were out of dark meat, I told them that I would wait on them drop the dark meat (which the cashier said would take 20 minutes ) then she came back to the mic and said that they were no longer dropping chicken for the night. I left and called back and asked for corporate number in which the manager said hold on and ended up hanging up in my face.

Never a good sign when a cop is behind the counter. ? Which I wouldn't have known if I didn't have to go inside to find out what was taking the Drive-Thru so long.Waited over 15 minutes outside the drive through and then my order was still incorrect. ?
Bojangles in Newberry, South Carolina, sadly falls short of expectations. It's disheartening to experience such poor service and lack of professionalism. The staff an in their inability to fulfill basic requests, often met with laughter instead of assistance. The atmosphere, with employees idly sitting by the windows, is far from inviting.Pricing is exorbitant considering the subpar service and offerings. $27 for six pieces of chicken and two sides feels unjustified, especially when neighboring establishments offer better value and superior service. Directing customers across the street to a competitor is a testament to the disappointment experienced here.In light of these issues, reaching out to corporate seems necessary to address these ongoing concerns. Newberry deserves better than what Bojangles is currently offering.
