Bojangles in Newberry, South Carolina, sadly falls short of expectations. It's disheartening to experience such poor service and lack of professionalism. The staff an in their inability to fulfill basic requests, often met with laughter instead of assistance. The atmosphere, with employees idly sitting by the windows, is far from inviting.Pricing is exorbitant considering the subpar service and offerings. $27 for six pieces of chicken and two sides feels unjustified, especially when neighboring establishments offer better value and superior service. Directing customers across the street to a competitor is a testament to the disappointment experienced here.In light of these issues, reaching out to corporate seems necessary to address these ongoing concerns. Newberry deserves better than what Bojangles is currently offering.

Needs new staff. Slow to prepare order. People ahead me having to wait for their food on the side like me. There is no one else in dining room or cars in line. Do not even have dirty rice. Must be out of chicken. I’ve been in line now for 10 minutes. All staff must be playing around. Next time I’ll split the difference in miles and go to Chapin

This place hurt my feelings because every time I come down south from NY. I always have to get Bojangles. The chicken wasn't crispy, and the sweet was off. The lady at the window was amazing. I loved her enthusiasm and conversation. So the service was a 10/10.

I love the bo biscuits but if the biscuits take 4 min to cook why it takes 10-15 min to get them?If closing time is at 10 why are y'all close at 9?The Tenders are the best hands down

Pull up through drive thru at 5:30am no one came to take order on speaker. I sat there almost 10 mins then pulled to windows didn't see anyone in kitchen part. There was someone sitting in seat area eating. Ridiculous!
Dropping my son off to college made the mistake of coming here. No season on the fries and the front end needs retraining on customer

The food was perfect. I had to wait for it but they were extremely busy and I would rather wait than get old food. Just because it's "fast food" doesn't mean it will be quick. The ladies working were extremely sweet despite running around to get all the orders done. I usually avoid Newberry, but I understand the actions of one bad visit do not make it the normal for every day. So I'll keep giving it a chance. Times are hard for everyone right now. Be patient. Be kind.
How long does someone need to WAIT at the drive thru at 5:50 am to order, Store hours are at 5 AM. After sitting for 10 minutes, someone finally came out of the back door to inform me that the speaker does not work. She cannot hear me while I can’t hear a thing on my end said that I could come into the restaurant and order I don’t have that kind of time why have a drive-through where the equipment doesn’t work and you force your customers to do what they don’t want to do, there are plenty of other places to eat in this town.That was also no apology from the person.
