As some other reviews indicate this was a terrible exampe of a Burger King restaurant however I went by the other day and noticed a sign saying under new managenent. Tried it out today and it was excellent Had a double Whopper with Cheese combo. The sandwich looked like one in the ad and was properly constructed. The fries were done perfectly. Will be back.

Well.. they Had good music playing for a good vibe... golden! But.. NO KETCHUP Boooooo.!!.. But the management is new so I'm not mad.. we both got the number 1 with sweet tea.. no KETCHUP ?...it was ok.. not bad gotta go back to regular mayonnaise tho..

OMG I just left for lunch and this was the WORST !!! How in Hell’s Kitchen do you give someone a burger freaking RE-HEATED and the WRAP was not chewable. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND LUNCH BREAK BUT I GUESS I EXPECTED TOO

Traveling through the area and stopped in on a Tuesday for a quick lunch. The sign by the road said "Under New Management". There was one person waiting for food and from his demeanor, he'd been waiting a while. We ordered at 12:24 and 3 people ordered AFTER us. We got our food at 12:40 and all the others got their food BEFORE we did. The girl at the counter was friendly and efficient but that's where the good service ended. We ordered two Whopper Jr meals, just basic and nothing special. The drive thru was not overly busy but almost all of them had to have their food carried out to them. The dining room and restrooms were clean and there seemed to be adequate staff but "speed" was not in their vocabulary. Fortunately, our food was fresh, hot and good WHEN WE GOT IT but the wait time was ridiculous. The three stars I'm giving are for food quality, restaurant cleanliness (and mostly) the girl at the counter. Moral of this story....if you're in a hurry, hurry on down the road a little. This is not the place to "grab a quick bite".
This Burger King has improved tremendously! Tiffany was working the drive thru, and her attitude and customer service were wonderful!!

Bring the kids! The entire floor of this place is like an ice skating rink. It was so greasy it was difficult to stand still. They were out of almost everything,Including ketchup. Ordered two whoppers and they screwed both of them up (even though there was not a single other person there). Fries were ok!
We have currently been sitting in the drive through for 35 minutes. No food or drinks. Worst service.
