The drive thru guy was very nice and polite. Had the BBQ pork tray, with fries and coleslaw sandwich was ready good, came with hot sauce and slaw. Fries were hot and fresh, slaw was good and sweet tea was actually sweet and very good! I'll visit again when I'm in the area!

Cook Out was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish! As soon as I walked in, I could smell the delicious aroma of freshly grilled burgers and crispy fries. It felt warm and welcoming, with cheerful staff eager to help. The menu offered so many tempting choices that I could hardly decide what to order. It was exciting to know that every item was made with care and attention, reflecting the love for food that the restaurant clearly has.
The moment my food arrived, my mouth watered in anticipation. I enjoyed a juicy, perfectly grilled burger, topped with fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and creamy mayonnaise. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I could tell that only high-quality ingredients were used. The fries were golden brown and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside—just the way I like them. Every dish felt like it was prepared just for me, enhancing my dining experience.
What really stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. They greeted me with big smiles and were more than happy to answer all my questions. Even when the restaurant was busy, they made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. We went yesterday and the food was good but the employee we dealt with was rude. We ordered through the drive through at mid day. When we got to the window there was no greeting just a lady that barked our order to us (I guess for confirmation) She tried to hand two drinks to us and I told her that we just had one so the other may belong to another car. She said “one is with the tray and an extra tea”. I let her know we only had one drink and she rolled her eyes and loudly said “you added a tea at the end!” I thought maybe she misunderstood something we said or had us mixed up with another so I just handed her the debit card to pay the $19.47 that she quoted us. It wasn’t that big of a deal and I knew the tea wouldn’t end up going to waste. There was one sandwich that she didn’t read back to us so I asked if it was included in the order and she shoved the bag at us and let the window slam, ignoring me and walking away from the window. I was in shock. I am very patient and treat everyone with respect especially those that work in customer service as I KNOW that it can be hard!! We gave her no reason to be rude to us and found her behavior unacceptable. We will not go back to this location. Also, my receipt reflected the correct order with just one tea and the total was $16.86, not the $19.47 that we were charged
