I just placed an order not too long ago and was scammed out of my money for a shrimp boil. I was suppose to receive what I ordered and received less than. I've been scammed and I'm highly disappointed after spending my hard earned money on something I expected. I ordered the same thing plenty of times but this one particular time was the worst experience I ever had. I even sent someone up there to get my order corrected with no success. The shrimp problem was not fixed whatsoever which left me highly disappointed.

Very pricey for the atmosphere and service. It's basically a cheap Chinese restaurant that serves seafood. Portions were decent. Fountain drinks did not work. Order at the counter. Food was pretty good.

We've been to Crabbler several times since they've opened. 1'st time was A+. Second visit somebody must have been in a bad mood or didn't want to be there. Today was my birthday, wife asked what I wanted, I said Crabbler. She said we can go, or I can go get. Getting take-out today was the worst dining experience I've had in years. Food was wrong, was told since you have touched it, we can't replace it, only what we got wrong. I only touched it because you gave it to me. replacement fish wasn't crispy as usual, was soggy with oil. Okra, fries, and shrimp cold and nasty by the time fish was replaced. Have tried several times to go here since we do like the restaurant. Just not this one anymore. It's a shame really.

Decided to try this place as we were driving through. The menu sounded good online. I looked up the Google reviews after we ordered and got a little worried. I am so glad we stopped! The price is worth it for the amount of food you get! It was so delicious!! I live about 2.5 hours away, but I will make a special trip down just to have this again.
