I’m unsure who gave Hannah the manager job. They need to train her on taking care of her customers. How you going to tell me that I can’t get my food remade because it been over an hour. Mind you I did make another stop before going home. That has nothing to do with my cheesy bread being burn and the pizza being undercook.

Hannah is the manager here, very rude and very unprofessional. I placed on order on the app and money was taken off of my card. Her response was” there’s nothing we can do.”

Food was fine and the person at the front counter was nice. The atmosphere was out of a silly movie. People blocked up the front so I parked in the back, found employees smoking, one threw her garbage towards the dumpster hit my car then pretended she didn’t do it. Then a delivery driver blocked the exit and sat there looking around confused.

Prices are a little high and for the price quality of food should be better, cause I had the meatzza and it only had 3 different toping on it and the were less than expected

Don’t do it, dude. Never got my order. Delivery status said it was delivered but it wasn’t there. Called forever and no answer. Another time I ordered, the pizza arrived over an hour later. Another reminder why reading the reviews first are so important. Just sad.

I was unhappy because after spending a little over $50 my order was not complete. I ordered cheesy marinara sauce and the marinara was missing; there was only cheese and my marinara dipping sauce for my garlic bites was missing.

Don't know about the food because I couldn't get a human on the phone to order. I also see others complaining about the ordering process. What a joke. Answer the phone. You are losing a lot of customers by having a computer Answer the phone

I walked in here to pick up my order, one girl turned looked at me and turned back around. No hello or nothing. Then had me wait longer for my pizza that was just sitting there after they knew i was in the car waiting. Pizza wasn't even all that good and pretty small for a medium.

I placed an order on Uber Eats. A lady from Domino’s, who is a manager on May 15 at 5:40 PM. Called my phone it rang three times and then hung up once I picked up. I called the store and it takes forever for her to answer the phone.She says yeah a few times and hung up. I was calling because we only have nine pieces of boneless wings left. Do you want that?So I said, is that gonna make it cheaper? She says no since she already paid Reduce the price. But I can substitute it. So she can substitute it. I got no answer.So I asked the manager, and she stated that she was. So I told her she can just go ahead and cancel my order then. She replied that not her fault that they ran out of boneless wings. As a manager you Domino’s establishment. You need to practice extreme ownership. You are the leadership in that place. Therefore, it is your fault that you ran out something. And have the audacity to not tell me what it can be substituted with. And asked me if I want the nine instead of the at the same exact price is not customer friendly.I suggest that you work with your management team to make your performance better. Because today was not a good day for you. Do better.
