What a wonderful detour on our way to Beaufort. We stopped in on an early Thursday afternoon for a wine tasting. We enjoyed their hospitality and a variety of their wines. I think my favorite was their Plum which had touch of ginger. We bought a bottle of that, as well as a bottle of their Black Spanish. What a beautiful venue--calm and relaxing.
This winery is absolutely adorable! Beautiful views of their vines and all of the wines were very good. Even the dry ones and I’m usually not a dry wine drinker. I was the only customer on an early Friday afternoon which was perfect because I got one on one attention. The young lady on staff was very friendly. What a great staff! Took their time to explain all wines and answer any questions we had. Also gave us some great locations to other places we wanted to see around the area. One of the best wines I have had in a long time. We will definitely be back with some family and friends.
