Food is good and in the past the service was as well. The last 2 times I’ve visited there the employees are all RUDE. I walked up to the counter and greeted them: Hi how’re you? Met with the response “dine in or take out?” No smiles, no greeting when arriving or when leaving they don’t say anything either. I even said “y’all have a good one” - no eye contact or response… I worked in the food industry for 5 years and managed it, I know it can be tough and there are bad days… but I never took it out on the customers that just walked in. I like the food but I almost don’t want to go back, because I prefer to be treated like a human being. Thanks.

Ordered two large subs. Specifically asked for no tomatoes because of allergies. Got home and both sandwiches had tomatoes. Spoke to the new manager who just apologized for the mistake.This location is the worst. It's the only location that I can never use my points. The new manager doesn't know much at all. This location has gone down since Miguel left.
