Ordered two large subs. Specifically asked for no tomatoes because of allergies. Got home and both sandwiches had tomatoes. Spoke to the new manager who just apologized for the mistake.This location is the worst. It's the only location that I can never use my points. The new manager doesn't know much at all. This location has gone down since Miguel left.
Unprofessional staff. Too busy singing and dancing around. Sandwich was soggy before I even walked out the door. I think they purposely messed it up. Should’ve went to subway.

I am so glad that Newberry FINALLY got a Firehouse. I love how pleasant everyone is every time I walk into the door. I think they know me now because I'm always getting lunch there. LOL! I would just like for the tables to be cleaned off, though. Every time I'm there, I always get crumbs on sleeves from the tables being dirty. Also, around the drink machine area can be wiped down often too. Other than those couple of things, I must say it's a nice place to sit down for lunch. The bathroom is also clean when I use it, and that's a plus in my eating out experience.
