I travel a lot. Been to Hardee’s I’ve been to Carls Jr. this was the most Carls like franchise I’ve been to. Burger look like the picture. It was perfect. It was so good I didn’t take a pic because I ate it 😂. I even thanked the cooks in the back.

The burgers and fries were hot and fresh when served, very good. The dinning area was unbearably hot! It felt like no air conditioning was on, actually felt like the heat was being used. It was very uncomfortable for eating hot foid

We just went through drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwich's and they were the worst sandwich's ever!! The chicken I think had been recooked a couple of times and was horrible. I should have took the time to read their reviews before we went there! Looks like this location has PROBLEMS

Tried to order two sandwiches through the drive through and they had our order correct. When we came to the window they had completely lost our order and when we explained it to them what we were getting 4 times over they still were confused when all we had was two sandwiches. They ended up only giving up one sandwich and said we needed to drive around again. I did not go back around as these workers would definitely find a way to mess it up again.

Horrible experience! Customer service awful. I stood at the counter for over five minutes, and everyone was just looking at me not one time did someone greet me or take my order. Nasty attitudes
