Terrible Service was given wrong orders then told could not exchange once order had been given, even though we had not left the counter yet kept saying corporate would not allow this. We were very unsatisfied. Will not be there again as long as the girl working at the drive-through is working there. we were going to dine in, but after being treated so rudely had her put her food in a bag and we left. I have never been treated so bad at any other restaurant anywhere

I travel a lot. Been to Hardee’s I’ve been to Carls Jr. this was the most Carls like franchise I’ve been to. Burger look like the picture. It was perfect. It was so good I didn’t take a pic because I ate it 😂. I even thanked the cooks in the back.

We just went through drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwich's and they were the worst sandwich's ever!! The chicken I think had been recooked a couple of times and was horrible. I should have took the time to read their reviews before we went there! Looks like this location has PROBLEMS

Tried to order two sandwiches through the drive through and they had our order correct. When we came to the window they had completely lost our order and when we explained it to them what we were getting 4 times over they still were confused when all we had was two sandwiches. They ended up only giving up one sandwich and said we needed to drive around again. I did not go back around as these workers would definitely find a way to mess it up again.

Just went through drive through and ordered a chicken biscuit meal. The chicken was so tough I couldn’t even bite through it. Horrible experience!
